Enjoy, and relax, a stay at this freshly renovated home, in the heart of greenwoodlake.
Guests are invited to take a weekend, a mini-vacation, or a longer stay in our ultra-chic, newly remodeled cottage with a private deck and that is set high above Greenwood Lake.
The modern, stylish, and cozy lakeside cottage, which is exceptionally clean, quiet, and private, has its own private lake access, and road, plus easy access to the community beach at the lakefront, plus: great, beautiful hikes in nature.
One bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the other bedroom has a full size bed, and the elegant, but homey living room features two futon sofas, that conveniently converts into sleeping beds, that can accommodate additional guests.
This fabulous getaway has one, beautifully redone bathroom, hi speed wi-fi, and new flat-screen televisions in every room.
The fully-stocked and elegant kitchen features stunning granite countertops, brand-new appliances. and new pots, pans, plates, silverware, and glassware.
Year-round, guests can also barbeque on their private deck, which also features a firepit and new furniture for dining, lounging, and relaxing.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.

My wife and I stayed in the area to visit family. The stay had everything we needed to be comfortable for the 3 weeks we were there. We both work remotely and had no connectivity issues. Israel was a very responsive and accommodating host. We would certainly stay again in the future

Great property and getaway

Property manager was very responsive whenever contacted. Was helpful to address any issues that we had. Property is in a quiet location, house layout was nice. Few minor things but the property manager was quick to assist.

You really can’t say those futons are any good for anyone

Please don’t advertise that there is space for more than is true. Those futons are terrible! We should t have paid you actually - would have been better of at a hotel.

Great stay in Greenwood Lake

Our family had a great stay. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family ski trip. The beds were super comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Mount Peter is only minutes away. The house has views of the lake and is less than 10 minutes from the town of Greenwood Lake. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the town. Israel is a great host. Parking 2 cars was no problem. Check in and check out was a breeze. We'll definitely stay again on future trips.
