Love the location and many options for food and beverage

I like the location. The room had not been cleaned when we checked in.

Excellent hotel, centrally located, spotless, and amazing lobby.

Great for overall meeting spaces—fantastic lobby/lounge. The room that we had was more style than substance—nowhere to hang clothes, put things in the bathroom, etc.

Hotel is in a great location. Nice big TV in the room. However, this is a very busy place and quite loud. Also, know that even if you do not valet park your car, you still have to pay to part in the city garage next door.

The bar was so loud it was like it was in our room and was opened until 12:30am with more than 1 wedding there. The staff did give us a small compensation.

Nice hotel room & staff. They did double charge us on room but were accountable and corrected their error with a phone call.

Couldn't sleep due to the vibration noise from the door..The tub was dirty took time for the water to drain from tub..Overall bad experience for the 200 a night we spent....

Hotel as a whole is great. Now our bathroom sucked, our tub was so disgusting. The bed was very comfortable. The lobby bar was great.

From check in to check out - everything was perfect!

Beautiful hotel on upper Main St. Music Thursday and Friday nights right outside hotel in Noma Square. You can walk or take a trolley up and down main street and over to the west end. So many restaurants to choose from and The Farmer's Market on Saturday was awesome! Great getaway!

Great staff, great service, they have a great restaurant on the property, the location on the end of Main Street couldn't be a better spot to be.

The hotel has a very impressive lobby design. Lots of light and glass. Elevators are glass which made going up and down fun as you looked out over the lobby. Location made walking places easy. We had an event at the Bon secour wellness arena which was a five min walk around the corner. Plenty of shops and great restaurants all walking distance. The hotel is due for new carpet throughout. We felt it looked pretty worn out. On Thursdays and Fridays in the summer they host band parties in the courtyard just outside the Hyatt.
