Great staff, great service, they have a great restaurant on the property, the location on the end of Main Street couldn't be a better spot to be.

The hotel has a very impressive lobby design. Lots of light and glass. Elevators are glass which made going up and down fun as you looked out over the lobby. Location made walking places easy. We had an event at the Bon secour wellness arena which was a five min walk around the corner. Plenty of shops and great restaurants all walking distance. The hotel is due for new carpet throughout. We felt it looked pretty worn out. On Thursdays and Fridays in the summer they host band parties in the courtyard just outside the Hyatt.

Came for a conference and left very pleased with the hotel and staff. I am a Diamond level at another hotel brand, but would definitely stay here again.

Had a upper floor corner suite, it was very large and the view of downtown was awesome. The hotel was very clean and nice. It was a good bar, a little pricy. We did not eat at the restaurant, The Roost, because when we went to get a table Saturday morning the guy we spoke with was very rude so we turned around and walked out. I think for what we paid for our room we should not have to pay $12 per day for parking. When we were checking out I called down and ask if the could bring our car around and when we got down to the front we waited about 15 min than ked about our car and they haven't even got the keys out yet to go get it, what's the point of calling first.

I was there in November cold and rainy, but no heater finally heater gets fixed now the fan below very slow even in high position

Awesome place to stay. A lot of restaurants and bars walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel is located downtown and is in walking distance and many restaurants. Also great shopping! Hotel is very nice and the staff was very helpful and courteous.

Great hotel with amazing location. Close to everything. Has a nice bar, starbucks, and a restaurant. We were very pleased with our stay.

The hotel is very nice and the inside is very beautiful in the decor. My husband and I decided to make a last minute trip for 4th of July which I know everyone is like are you crazy? You won't find anything this close to the holiday. Well, we have never been to Greenville, SC and the trip advisors sites showed a beautiful park with waterfalls. Not big ones but still very scenic. The websites didn't do the park and falls justice. It was breath taking. We were on one end of the downtown strip. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Beautiful trails that we found at the park. We could walk to the zoo, but be prepared there are hills. We love our stay. We were able to see the fireworks from the top of the parking garage. There was a band playing concert near the park entrance so we were very lucky that so much was going on that we were able to book for. The only down side is that we had a very rowdy group next door to us in a suite room. My husband says that there needed to be more sound proofing needed between the rooms. We will stay there again but we will try to get a room that wasn't part of a suite or next to one.

Gorgeous hotel with absolute superior accommodations. Erica provided superior customer service and made our anniversary so very special. We will be back soon! cory +lily

Went to concert in Greenville, just blocks down the street. Accomodations very comfortable, more than met our needs. Breakfast great.

Hyatt Regency was the perfect place to stay in Downtown Greenville. So convenient to all the city has to offer. Cool atrium, Starbucks, and the Roost restaurant all add to its appeal.

I stayed in this hotel for my birthday night downtown and the room was very clean, accommodating and comfortable. Check-in/out was very easy and I would stay here again.

some things weren't provided in the room like robe and blow dryer. the tub still had hair in it, but staff was quick on giving us a new room. the location was great though.

Being able to step outside and enjoy the beautiful downtown they have was great. Plenty of shops and eateries to try! My son and I loved the pizza place next door. Also very close to the falls. We loved the downtown experience. The pool was outdoors, so that kinda sucked. The restaraunt was unique. Just remember, if you order room service...they already add the tip. I didn't notice and ended up tipping 61%. Ha ha. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no fridge or microwave. That would have been nice to have. And they do offer a courtesy shuttle, so call and don't waste your money on a cab. I didn't know this on the trip in.

This hotel is in the right place to experience Main St, Greenville.

Excellent location and service. Located at the beginning of the main str so you can walk down to the park and visit all gift shops and restaurants.

Perfect hotel for a night out in downtown Greenville!

My wife and I were looking for a place in downtown Greenville for the evening and we couldn't have found a better hotel. Wonderful location and top notch hotel. Would definitely go back.

I have no complaints, except that the room next to ours was pretty rowdy Saturday night, and it was difficult to get to sleep. Staff were very courteous and thoughtful. Thanksl

Thank you for staying at our hotel and for your feedback. We are glad you liked your corner suite along with the view it provided and that you were impressed with our well-kept property. However, we are sorry that one of our associate was rude to you and for the issues you experienced with our valet parking. It is never our intention to disappoint a guest in any way. We have addressed your concerns with our team and have taken corrective actions so that this does not happen again. Thank you once again, and we hope you give us another chance to serve you better in the future. Sincerely, Larry Bell, General Manager
