It’s fine if you’re looking for a cheap stay and don’t plan on spending much time there. The walls are thin, you can hear the other tenants, th bright porch light shines in the front bedroom window….the shower is fine but tiny and cramped, and the overall feel of the place is just kinda dim and uninviting. Decent location though, and like I said, for a last minute budget place it was ok but I wouldn’t stay again.

This apartment had mold in it. I messaged the owner and told him I wouldn't be able to stay because my son was allergic to mold. He assured me he would put in for a refund. I have not received my refund and now he will not message me back.

We reached out multiple times to our host who never responded. There was no ice nor ice tray in which to make ice. The place was clean and the location to downtown Greenville is great. Be aware the building is multi unit and the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything around you in the apartment and in the hallway. Also, the towels provided are equally thin. There was also a really disgusting bathtub mat in the shower that needs to be changed. Overall, if not for the utter lack of communication and response from the host, we would consider staying again for a brief visit.

Amazing location right near downtown Greenville - 15min walk or less to Falls Park, the Bons Secours Arena, and other great sites in the downtown vicinity. Cozy stay and a responsive host. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was in a fantastic location, as it is nestled in the historic district of Greenville. The place was very clean and well equipped with all necessities. Easy walk to some great restaurants and shops. Check in and check out procedures were so simple and easy - no stress at all with these elements. Overall a really great experience!
