This property was very clean and well maintained inside and out. Everything was furnished that we needed. Plenty of supplies for coffee. Host was very responsive to messages and gave an 11:00 check out which is later than most! It was very near the places that we needed to go in Greenville!

The townhome was very clean . Outside patio needs mowing. Very convenient to shopping and ECU campus. The townhome complex was not well maintained overflowing dumpsters, broke down cars. Vacant unkept properties - located on both sides of rental.
