Parking was very easy-next to our room, very easy to transport luggage from our car to our room. The staff was courteous. It was an older building but clean. We had a microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker, as well as a pull-out sofa bed that we didn't expect. The only issue was that our room was cold when we got there, and we had to turn the heat on, but soon it was warm. Everything I expected for the price. This is my go to hotel when I visit Seton Hill University.

HORRIBLE

First of all we didn’t even get to stay here I payed 250 sum dollars for 4 days in a room with a kitchen and then we went to check in and the guy gave me a paper with a $200 charge and a $30 deposit I had to pay before we continued which was not stated we had to do that in anything before we came then he gave us the key we went to the room and it reeked of smoke! And there was no kitchen in there which I payed for I went back to the front counter and I told him and he tried to tell me I didn’t get a kitchen but in my receipt online shows it came with a kitchen then he tried to argue with me over and over to the point I’m in tears and then he calls whoever to get me a “refund” of my $250 sum dollars and I have still not received it after he said it would only be 2 days I’m on day 5 without a refund and I didn’t even get to stay there , the lady at the counter was very nice overall but the service in general is horrible I would neverrrrr suggest this place to anyone. If I do not get my refund soon I will be there!!!

The property is good for a quick get away for a coupe of days. However, they should be sure to vacuum the whole room, not just in places that are visible Under the bed had tons of crumbs and old french fries, this stuff can attract ants ans rodents.

This facility at first we thought it was ok just to rest but I was completely wrong. The locks looked as if someone tried to break-in (the bolts were even loose). I was so scared to sleep here that I literally barricaded the door. Very dirty as in dust, mold, stripped wall paint and separating ceilings as well as the floors. The only best thing about it is the parking. You get parking right infront your door basically.

Most disgusting stay

There was no free wifi, no cable on the tv, the room was dirty, counters had a sticky substance on them, a cockroach was spotted in the bathroom. They charge an additional $30 fee as soon as you try to check in.
