There's nothing good I can say about this place. Everything is subpar; management is rude and not helpful. The sheets have cigarette holes in them even in the non-smoking rooms. No carpet. Saw a giant roach as well.

We booked 3 rooms for 4 nights over Thanksgiving in 2017. Booked as a Motel 6, arrived to find new jerk of an owner, who would not honor rate nor did they have wi-fi as promised in booking deal. Ended up staying in dump next door, these folks and the dump next door did their best to ruin our trip to NC from Florida. These guys could get some pointers from us Floridians on how to do customer service and decent accomodations. Do yourselves a huge favor and avoid any hotel on this road in Burlington, frankly was embarrassed for my kids and grandkids to see something like this existed in my old hometown. Wake up Burlington and take notice of the blight in what was a nice town when I was younger.

After being robbed of our hotel due to the owner of another hotel being anti-military and we had booked through a military site, we ended up on the road in the middle of the night out a couple hundred dollars and heartbroken our vacation was ruined. We drove for hours looking for a room after midnight, everyone was sold out except this place. Sure, it's older and needs renovations but the beds were some of the most comfortable beds I've ever had in a hotel, they even beat the hard beds of a $200 a night Residence Inn. We slept great! The carpets need pulled up and replaced with an easy to clean laminate especially if you're going to allow pets (we found a couple fleas) and smoking. Other than that for the price we slept very well and were grateful to find a place in the middle of the night.

Booked 4 rooms for 3 days 10 days before our thanksgiving visit to my hometown. Tried calling for 2 days prior to arrival, to our surprise they had changed hands since our booking and changed brand name. Refused to honor rate even though hotel was practically empty AND the reason we could not reach them before our arrival was the phones were all down and they did not have wi-fi!!!! Are you kidding me? I was frankly embarrassed and ashamed of this hotel we used to stay at going back years since we moved to Florida 40 years ago. This place could take lessons on how we do things here in a tourism driven state.

As mentioned in the title, it's a good deal for the price. I wouldn't plan to stay in this hotel for a longer time than a few days. This is a cheap no trills motel to catch some sleep when you're on the road. The rooms are average for motels of this price range. The girls working the front desk are absolutely wonderful. They were very kind and very fun to talk with. I was very happy because I showed up at the motel at 4;30am as a walk in and was very tired. The girl at the from desk explained to me if I waited until 5:00am to check in that I wouldn't have to check out until the following afternoon. So I stayed in the room all that day and night and didn't have to check out until the following afternoon. Many motels I've stayed at won't let you check in until 3:00pm, and if you check in as early as I did they'd normally charge you for that day. So I stayed for 30 hrs and I only paid for one day. This is a very good deal if you're tired and wanting to check in much earlier than the normal check in time.

We got to the motel around 2:15 and the room wasn't ready they made us leave and not come back till 3 pm check in. We left went to eat at Skids drive in Burlington. It is always the best food you can find. Got back to motel got the keys to the room and it had a musty smell so i got my can of disinfect spray. I went to the bathroom and i was looking in the bath tub and there was long black hairs in it and stuck to the wall when i turned the water on there was a loud sound coming from the facet. I decided I was not going to take a shower. We turned the covers back and i inspect for bugs, mice and any other signs for critters.I was glad no signs of the bugs. While turning back my sheets we found long black hairs in between the sheets. I was aggravated and called the manager. She addressed our concerns and moved us to another room when they were finished cleaning. Finally about 7pm we got into another room. It seems like the manager would have checked this room. Not.... There were hair in the tub and looks like something was spilled on the side of the tub and just dried on it. The bed was low to the floor. and of course an OUT DATED ROOM with and old TV and maybe 20 channels. I came back to this area to stay the night and was very disappointed.... Until this Motel 6 gets up graded I will never stay here again. NO MICRO OR FRIDGE IN ROOMS YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE OFFICE FOR ICE,AND VENDING MACHINES,

The only reason we choose this motel was it's location, it was late like 11:00 or so and we were tired so we went to the closest motel option possible. However the price was 48 dollars or so which wasn't the price I wanted to pay but still fine. The problem number 1: It was not clean enough. We felt like any time we may get ill, you never know who slept earlier. Problem number 2: There were no any hairdryer, shampoo or soup. (If you ask for the reception they are arranging the hairdryer) Problem number 3: Everything in the room were at least 30 years. Problem number 4: If they decrease the price I would give three stars as my review points because it is not a five start hotel but the price of 48 dollars is a common price for a motel in that region, so if the administration of the hotel make the price "43" or something like that they will see people will come more and their customers won't leave bad reviews like I did. Thank you for all the experience I have done motel6 you thought me not to stay at your motel one more time.

First, go to red carpet instead! My experience? A couple of my friends and I decided to visit North Caroline again. Previously I stayed at red carpet inn and suites. The plan was to stay there again. However, since a friend had already booked a room at motel 6. So we were planning to met there. She walked in and noticed a bug on the bathroom floor. When I arrived, I saw it with my own eyes and the smell was NASTY! We went to ask for a refund and the staff were, let's just say, not nice but finally got it. Long story short, we went to red carpet inn which was A LOT Nicer. If you are trying to find a more adorable and better environment then go to red carpet.

I stayed here Saturday night and the bathroom was filthy and full of hair. The toilet had blood as clear as day. The carpet obviously had not been vaccumed. It was awful. The Bates Motel was better! The place had even more hair and flakes at the vanity mirror. But I can say that the towels were neatly folded. However, I went to receptionist and got another room which I slept fully dressed. We just needed a place for the night. Long day of traveling.

This place is old...very old. It is a one story with rooms opening to the outside. Its not going to win any beauty contests. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was water...lots of it...and strong water pressure. Tish at check in was GREAT. GIVE TISH A RAISE...she deserves it.
