Staff not people friendly. Couch not in good condition. Outside grounds need to be repaired.

Staff not very friendly. Meaning, would walk right by you and would not speak. Not all of them just a few.

Toilet seat an counter and bathtub were dirty- filth on the seat. This was after I was given the second room because the first nonsmoking room I was given smelled like a chain smoker died in there. No one to return key to at the counter when I checked out early. When I asked about a laundry facility at the front desk there was an offhanded remark about all the swinging parties that happen there on the weekend. I had stayed at a much cleaner hotel in Greensboro one week earlier for half the price.

We were sent to two different rooms that were smoked in dirty carpet bad odor we asked for non smoking manager up graded our room that was satisfactory ,would not recommend this mote!

The rooms we had were very run down. The doors had gaps between the door and the frame. The ceiling texturing was coming down, the carpet was disgusting (I did not go bare foot at all). If I had another option, I would have went with it!

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The lock on the door was loose and the room just smelled old. The sheets were clean and overall the room was clean and in good shape. It was way overpriced for the level of hotel and to not be updated.

The overall stay was very nice, secure, and quick to access the main highway and other entertainment locations. The staff showed alot of courtesy and I enjoyed my stay. They could upgrade a few of their room amenities.

All I can say is interesting.... The continential breakfast was.... well let's just say words wouldn't even began to express. I didn't really want to walk on the carpet in the room or sleep in the bed. Considering I'm used to staying at the Marriott, Sheraton or Hilton I felt completely out of place and incomfortable.

Market Week is a big week in Greensboro and I needed to find a hotel. Most hotels raise their prices so I was looking for something inexpensive since all I needed was a place to sleep and wash. Well, the adage is true that you get what you pay for. I paid $50 a night and this place was a dump. The door to my room looked liked it had been kicked in one time during a raid. The sheets were old and soiled. The tub was not the cleanest. The shower head was old and the water came out in a stream. As for the daily cleaning it was hit-n-miss. The bed was made, and the towels changed, but sometimes the person left the old towels on the counter. They didnt always clean out the garbage. Then one night there was a fight outside my door in the parking lot between two women yelling and throwing things at each other. It seems they were breaking up and it was not pleasant. I called the front desk but they did nothing. Would I recommend this place -- no.

One word ORRIBLE!!!!

One of my non-negotiable criteria for a hotel is that it have in-room wireless. I need it for work. It barely worked my first night but through the hotel next door (day's Inn). I could not get it to work at all after the first night and they moved to to an upgraded room closer to the front desk. While they tried, it still did not work. It was obvious from talking to the desk clerk and by the fact that they gave me some kind of signal booster to use that this was not the first complaint they had. Bottom line, is it was a lot of hassle and irritation and cost me a good deal of time.[...]

I was very impressed with this hotel. I had travel delays so I called to tell them it would be a late check-in and they said "No Problem." When I arrived 4 hours later, the desk clerk remembered my call. The room was very clean and smelled clean and pleasant. It was not a smell of something being covered up. The floors were clean as well as the bathroom area. There were no water stains in the tub or toilet bowl. My only negative area is the noise from the nearby highway. I believe that if I were further back in the complex or on the inside courtyard it would have been quiter. If I need to travel to the Greensboro NC area again, I will start with this EconoLodge.

I traveled with two teenage boys for a soccer game. we had a few families travel with us for the same reason. my rom was in ok condition. the boxspring was broken so the oner of the bed sunk to floor and poor reception on TV I reported this at % pm and no one ever fixed it or came to look at it. my fiends both had the lock hanging on by a screw and one had no handles on his tub. the rooms were musty smelling which I had to buy spray to get the smell musty smell out. The continental breakfast was one of the most sparse ones I have seen. On a positive note The staff was very friendly and personable> I think they were overwhelmed by a mass check in that weekend due to events in town and I give them some slack for that> The room was also very cheap and for the price it was what was expected and no more>

The Econo Lodge and Suites is a very nice place to stay with easy access to and from I=40 East and West. Located at exits 36 Westbound and 37 Eastbound It is just off the frontage road. We choose to stay here during race weekends at Martinsville Speedway about forty minutes to an hour north depending on time of day and local weather/traffic. Greensboro has a lot of history and great shopping and restaurants to choose from. There are a few good road trips in and around the local area. We traveled to Danville, Va. one day while Qualifying and other activities at the track were rained out and experienced a great new ride as well as place to visit on future trips. The town of Martinsville Virginia has only two hotels and are always full during race weekends, this is why we like to stay in the Greensboro area. The Econo Lodge Inn and Suites are always nice and clean and have well lit parking as well as room for trailers etc;.
