    Cozy and convenient

    We were in town for a concert. 105 W Hendrix was very convenient to Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts. Beautiful neighborhood with lovely park nearby. House was comfy and met our needs perfectly! Spent hours on front porch visiting. Thanks for a lovely stay.

    I came to Greensboro for a short getaway and was very pleased with my stay. The house is very cute and well maintained. It is located close to all major areas. Any place I went was always a 15 minute drive or less. house to stay at

    Cute house in nice neighborhood

    Very comfortable beds, host was accommodating and responsive. Could have used more bath towels (only one per person) The house was rustic, not modern.

    Not up to VRBO standards. Stated we accessible after 4 pm. Could not access for 30 minutes and several phone calls. Notice on the door said house failed to meet code. Walk in shower door cracked. Outside house unkept

    Unable to access the house

    We were unable to secure access. Called Evolve and they redirected me to the owner. Called around 3:00 and got their voicemail. Received a call back 2.5 hours later. I told Nick I thought I was scammed. Evolve said I had no reservations. There was a package on the front porch. It looked like someone’s house. The property manager, Nick, said Evolve would contact me and to date, no response. I disputed the charge with my bank.

    Quaint in a charming neighborhood

    Such a cute house with a great porch. We spent a lot of time on those rocking chairs. The neighborhood is charming with great parks and neighborhoods to walk through.

    Amazing Neighborhood!

    Magical, wooded park and gorgeous houses nearby. Property was perfect for our family of 4. Well kept, cute decor & adequate furnishings. Location was central to everything we wanted to do in the area. House had a concerning amount of plug in air fresheners, though. The smell was overwhelming. When I unplugged them, it smelled musty and a bit like pet urine. It was very slight and could probably be aired out with windows open & a fan. sooverwhelming. When I

    Visiting Family in Greensboro

    My daughter and I along with her two- year- old daughter stayed at this property for 3 nights. This was one of the best rental properties I've stayed at- clean, very comfortable, and the most well stocked of any property I've been to. There was plenty of toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towel soap, shampoo, etc. Even eating utensils for the toddler!

    Perfect Stay

    I stayed with my son at this property for a week while he swam at the Nationals Swim Meet at the Greensboro swim coliseum. The property was perfect for us--a 10 minute drive from the venue, but in an established, safe neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and plentiful walking paths. It is walkable to great local restaurants and coffee shops, and a short drive to great shopping, dining, grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc.). Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!!

    Cottage downtown Greensboro

    The home is well kept and very clean. The amenities are all there including hot chocolate for those cool evenings. There is a beautiful park only a half block away with benches and a small stream. The area is friendly and we felt safe in the little cottage. Plenty of room for the advertised 6 guests.

    Great location, cute house

    Overall we had a fantastic time. I will say this listing is run by a rental company and we had no issues with that rental company, however we booked through VRBO and VRBO failed to update our booking when we added an extra day and their customer service was impossible to deal with and get answers to simple questions. Again, no issues with this house or the rental company. Probably won't be booking through VRBO again.

    Great stay, clean, good location

    We had a great stay. The things that stand out as excellent include the location and the cleanliness- sheets, pillows and towels were new and nice. The kitchen was adequately stocked. It was very convenient to park our car right out front and walk steps into the front door versus having to go through a hotel lobby and up an elevator. The sofa was large and deep and comfortable and the TVs were easy to use. The kitchen was a little tight for three tall people but we took advantage of it and cooked most meals at home. I will rent when we have another event in Greensboro.

    Peaceful stay in historic Greensboro

    Small house with old smell

    We stayed 10/5-8/23The house is just as advertised but there’s a musky old smell. There are damprid things in multiple places. You cannot open windows, screwed shut, for fresh air. They state they’re screwed shut because they’re old, the original to home and will get stuck. Which one would think would be a fire code. The hall bathroom tub was dirty, had hair in the tub. The linens had odd smells. Bed were cozy put were definitely in need of an upgrade, pillows were fabulous!! The home is in a great location to all the locations we were interested in.

    Beautiful, Quaint & Cozy

    Enjoyed our stay while in town for Family Weekend at High Point University. Loved the neighborhood and the history. It was close to everything without being busy or noisy. Will definitely bring stay again for our next trip.
