The property for rent is a fully furnished with hotel services, newly built villa, 340sq.m, situated at LENO VILLAS, a wind-protected area called LENO at the south part of the island. It offers views to the seas of Psarrou (Nammos beach), Paradise (Club Cavo Paradiso, Tropicana) 7 min, Paranga (Scorpios and Kalhua) 7 min, Platis Gialos (beach Bonatsa) 6min and amazing sunset.
Distance: Mykonos town 3km (10 min) , airport 1,5km (5min) , local market 0,5 to 1,5km, above mentioned beaches 2,5km

The villa consists of 3 levels and has 7 bedrooms (two of which are smaller), 6 bathrooms and a guest W.C.
There are living room,, dining table, open plan kitchen at the ground floor, 3 very large verandas with pergolas.
It has a large private pool and underwater seats. There is also a second, private pergola in the vast area around the pool which is covered by marbles in earth tones. Next to the pool there is a built-in bbq.
Right outside the villa there is secure, open air parking.
The villa is constructed according to the traditional myconian architecture with perfect planning, within a wonderfully designed and lush garden, prominent features of which are the white plaster, the natural rocks, the local stone, the built-in couches and the characteristic Cycladic arches.

If you wanted to stay in a Villa, here it is.

We were 12 traveler's all 18+, this Villa was even better in person. There are 7 bedrooms plus 2 mini twin rooms that we didnt know about. Property manager and people she connected us with were amazing. We hired a chef 1 night, massuer one day and tours. Villa is simply stunning and large, the proprty is large. Things to note: you aren't close to Mykonos Town, 25 min drive. Nearest grocery store, across from airport, will be necessary. We cooked ourselves one night. Other thing to note, transportation cost us €40 min one way to most places, that added up.

Perfect property

This property was ideal for our trip. We had 9 people, everyone had their own room and bathroom, and the common areas were all utilized. A cleaning crew comes through every day which is great for longer stays. Our host, Elena, was extremely helpful and very responsive. She connected us with drivers that took us anywhere we needed to go on the island, as well as a private chef that was our best meal of the trip, and massages by the pool. I would strongly recommend staying at this property, especially if you have a larger group.

Party for 14!

The week stay was intended for a birthday party celebration and it was just that! Reserving the house from half way across the world left me with some anxiety, especially since I had 13 guests relying on my planning. Nothing to worry about though! Catherine kept in direct communications, answered all my questions, scheduled transport around the island, offered to accommodate all my needs as I wished...and that was before we even arrived! Once we arrived on the island, she met us at the house to turnover the key. She, along with her staff, provided us clean towels, bed linens, toiletries regularly and upon our request. The house and grounds were kept clean during our stay. Highly recommend using this team as I would use them again in the future! Great experience.
