Welcome to a truly unique Santorini experience—our traditional cave house, carved into the caldera in the heart of Imerovigli. The location is simply unbeatable: perched right on the caldera cliffside, offering uninterrupted views of the famous Santorini sunset, the volcano, and the deep blue Aegean Sea.

This 2-bedroom suite is perfect for families or friends traveling together. It features two separate rooms—one with a double bed, a built-in sofa bed, and a private bathroom, and the second with a cozy double bed and ensuite bathroom. Both rooms open directly onto a private terrace where you can relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere of Imerovigli.

A few steps above the suite, on the rooftop of the house, you'll find a second, smaller terrace with panoramic views—and your private outdoor hot tub. It’s the perfect spot to unwind while taking in the breathtaking caldera and Santorini’s iconic sunsets.

Please note that this is an older, traditional property. While we take great care to keep it spotlessly clean, some signs of age—like permanent marks on the marble and a vintage-style bathroom—remain. These details are reflected in our price, which is significantly lower than similar caldera-view accommodations in the area.

Next to the private terrace of the suite, there is a neighboring property where construction work had started but is now paused. We’ve done our best to cover the area for your comfort and privacy, but we want to be transparent that it’s located beside the terrace.

Despite its age, the suite offers all essential comforts: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, a safe, coffee facilities, shower amenities, and daily cleaning. The bathrooms may not be modern, but they include everything you need: walk-in showers, toilets, and sinks.

Kindly note that we do not have a reception or luggage storage available on-site. However, check-in is simple and smooth through a key lockbox system.

From this peaceful hideaway, you can walk to the charming center of Imerovigli, filled with local tavernas and shops, or enjoy a scenic hike to Fira along the famous caldera path.

Kindly be informed that according to the new Greek law, which was imposed on all properties located in Greece, the city tax paid so far by the hotels’ guests, was renamed to Climate Resilience Tax. You may find below the relevant charges, which need to be paid by all guests that will stay in our properties from the 1st of January 2025 and on, as they occur according to each property’s category:

Please note the amount for the Climate Resilience Tax gets paid directly at the property and under no circumstances is it relative to the accommodation charges. We are then obliged to pay this money to the government for you.
