The Old Olive Press Villa is more than a vacation rental; it's a second home for its owners. Renovated in 2025, it's beautiful, comfortable, full of character, and a warm atmosphere.
First Floor: 3 bedrooms including a master suite with en-suite bathroom. Double bedrooms and a twin bedroom share a family shower room.
Ground Floor: Comfortable living room, fireplace, very large, fully equipped kitchen, TV room, and bathroom. Table tennis.
Landscaped swimming pool, southwest-facing, set in a garden designed within the walls of ancient Venetian wine presses. BBQ and terrace with views of the pool, the sea, the citadel of Corfu Town, and the mainland.
Heated swimming pool on request in April, May, and October for a supplement of €20/day.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Lovely property. Very quiet and private location. Great views towards mainland Greece. Easy access to the seafront restaurants both by car and walking. Excellent host. Very kindly organised food for us due to our late arrival, also put us in touch with local car hire. Would highly recommend.

Peaceful hideaway with stunning views

The old olive presse villa has stunning views and a beautiful and peaceful outside pool area, the inside isn’t too modern but this is expected from an old villa but has everything you need to have a great holiday and the table tennis table is a great bonus. Huge built in Barbecue. The host Alexandre was very hospitable and friendly with fast communication. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

View and pool great...house unacceptable

Pics are wholly inaccurate. The carpet is not a light grey. It is extremely old,pinkish and dirty.Had to wash everything in the kitchen before using it and clean the dirty microwave. Many dead bugs behind the 2 kitchen backsplashes. Damaged ceiling inkitchen, numerous large leakage stains in master bedroom. Floor in mbr bathroom needs replacing. None of the lovely outdoor furniture in the pics, except the dining table and chairs are there. Hammock is broken, Had to clean the grill and scrape rust off the metal shelves to use it. Also had to clean the the overspilling ash from the indoor fire stove to use it. The view and the pool were great. The host is nice enough but the pics show a bright clean house and instead it's a run down, dirty house.

great location - terrible condition

The listing did not reflect the actual condition of the home, and our experience was significantlybelow expectations.Issues included:- Visible mold on the walls- A rotten and smelly kitchen cabinet- Broken, stained, and smelly furniture- Dirty and worn carpets- Water leaking from the ceiling every time we used the shower- A non-functioning AC in the living room- No instructions in the house- Missing essential supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, etc.)- Stagnant, black water, full of insects in the water basins behind the pool.- Garden and lawn unattended and overgrown The listing photos appear to be heavily Photoshopped or outdated. For example, the outdoor furniture shownin the listing was not present at the property - what was there was completely different and clearly aged.Several rooms and furnishings looked newer in the photos than they did in person.

This villa has lovely views and the location is stunning, it is an old beautiful building, however unfortunately, it is in very poor condition. There is significant maintenance required: the flooring is cracked and broken in both bathrooms, and the once peach-colored carpet is now stained with bleach and absolutely filthy. Upon arrival, the villa was not properly cleaned. The garden was overgrown, and the small stream was dry with stagnant, black water at the bottom. The sun beds were broken and ripped as were the parasols. The main bathroom shower blocks up and leaks through the floor into the kitchen/lounge below. The ensuite sink was also blocked and wouldn't drain, and the toilet fill valves had been switched off on our arrival.After we raised these issues, the host did send a cleaner, provided two new sunbeds, and delivered a new outdoor sofa and chair set, but unfortunately, the overall condition and cleanliness of the villa was not as per the listing. I had read previous negative reviews about the villa but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt; however, I can now confirm that all of the prior concerns mentioned in those reviews are completely accurate. We are not people who normally complain but felt it necessary to leave an honest and fair review.

Villa mit Pool und Schönem Garten

Ein beeindruckendes Anwesen mit schön gestaltetem Garten und Pool. Es ist ein wenig abseits gelegen, so dass es sehr dort sehr ruhig ist, man aber auch schnell an den Strand oder zu den Geschäften kommt. Die Villa selbst ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet und man findet alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Um dort hin- und wegzukommen ist ein Auto unbedingt erforderlich.
