This was our family home for many years, now refurbished and available for holidaymakers
This two level 3 bedroom, 164m² dwelling is situated on a large 2,580m² bush clad section.
Conveniently located walking distance to the Auckland Tryphena Ferry wharf and Mulberry Grove school, shops and beach
There is s concrete drive on access to the house with ample parking
The upper level offers a open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Glass sliders lead out to a large deck where you can sit and relax to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
Downstairs there are three double bedrooms with a master opening out to the garden and featuring an ensuite, a family bathroom and laundry
A feature of the interior is the timber ceilings and floors.
