Room 122 was a lovely big room the bed was very comfortable it could have done with a floor length mirror . The bathroom had a shower only and a small sink with no shelves to put your cosmetics on . Lovely hotel we have stayed here many times.

Staff very friendly. Food overall ok but the room was very very coold, in the middle of winter we were freezing whole night long and was no one in the entire Hotel to find to tell this. I had the baby with me as well. And if this was not all, at 2AM in the morning smoke alarm started from no where. Their answer “if someone smoking in the hotel-any room, then that’s why was activated”stupid answers I ever heard. I am not recommending unless you like freezing.

Beautiful surroundings, beautiful dog friendly hotel with lovely clean rooms. The bar and spa are lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was good, nice choice & hot. Spa was a little dated but nice. Unfortunately the bar service was terrible, there was only one poor person on the bar and the food in the bar was very average pub food. No steak and the fish and chips was mainly batter - they did give us 25% off because of long wait though. Would go back and eat elsewhere in evening x

Customer service stood out for me. I booked a certain room and initially didn’t get it. The lady at reception (didn’t get her name but she worked 1st Nov) ran around the hotel to sort out the room for me straight away. Room was super clean, quiet and stylish. Had the peaceful weekend I was looking for!

Had breakfast last minute choce tasty however no toat or pastries left Forgot my swimming costume and i would have used the spa my fault 🙃 Super comfy bed very clean and spacious room. We had dinner and it was excellent We would stay again
