Fully renovated modern duplex just steps from the beach in Grand Case. The first photo shows the beach staircase of the residence, only moments from the apartment. While the apartment itself has no sea view or terrace, it is located in a beachfront residence with direct beach access, high-end finishes, premium soundproof windows, Starlink internet, and restaurants within walking distance. Guests especially love the cleanliness, comfort, and peaceful beach atmosphere.

THE SPACE
- Master Bedroom: Spacious upstairs bedroom with a king-size Serta hybrid mattress, en-suite WC, small desk area, generous storage space, and a 55” TV.

- Living Room: Comfortable and inviting living area with a premium Italian Mondosofa sofa bed (160 cm) and a second 55” TV.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen with ceramic countertops and high-quality materials throughout. Includes a large double-door refrigerator (rarely this spacious in Saint Martin), freezer, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, washer-dryer combo, Nespresso machine, and all essential cookware.

- Bathroom: Compact, modern, and efficiently designed.

- Beach Access: The beach truly feels like an extension of the residence. Guests have access to shared loungers, beach mattresses, and a personal beach umbrella available in the apartment.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

• The apartment does not have a sea view or terrace. The first listing photo shows the beach staircase of the beachfront residence, located just moments from the apartment.

• Parking is available directly in front of the residence (6 spots for 8 apartments, first-come first-served). Additional free parking is available near the Post Office, located about 3–5 minutes away on foot. Most guests are able to park in front of the residence for the majority of their stay, though during busier periods they may occasionally use the nearby public parking area.

• The apartment is located on a busy road, but the brand-new, high-end soundproof windows ensure a calm and peaceful atmosphere inside.

• As on many Caribbean islands, tap water is not drinkable. Bottled water is recommended for drinking and cooking. Occasional water or power interruptions may happen island-wide and remain outside our control.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table. Housekeeping is available on request.

The stay here was truly magical, the amenities included within the apartment had everything we needed as well as things we didn't even realize we needed. The location was perfect with being a super comfortable and walkable distance from the beach as well as any stores and restaurants we wanted to visit. Additionally, the host were incredibly easy to communicate with making the entire duration of our stay an absolute dream vacation! We could not recommend this place enough.PS, if you see this beautiful Boi, give him a head scratch for me. He is my soul dog :)

A Beautiful Escape

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a perfect spot to spend a few days disconnecting from daily life. Antoine and Melody made everything easy, and were so responsive during our stay! The beach just out the back steps is beautiful, and beach clubs (our favorite was rainbow cafe) and restaurants (so many incredible ones) are just a 10-20 minute walk away. We always felt safe as 2 women in Grand Case. The apartment is well updated. The AC works well, the bed is very comfortable, and the wifi was perfect for streaming before bed. We can’t wait to return.
