Staff very friendly! In walking distance to restaurants clean. Only problem was so close to freeway very loud, wished I would have asked for room in back And someone either smoked in the room or was smoking near room and the smell of cigarettes lingered all night. Which they can't control, but was a number.

If it weren't for the ancient bathroom that needs updated, I would give this stay at Super 8 an excellent rating. :) Thank you!

Very clean rooms would stay again next time in town

We arrived after midnight and the reception host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I was happy to see a hair dryer. The only drawback was that their breakfast was over at 9 am sharp and we missed it by a couple of minutes!

Spa and pool were awesome. Beds not great but feasible.

Could use a new toilet seat, otherwise ok. Ok for a few days heater worked well

Our room had a fish hook on the floor and a pair of jeans hanging from the bathroom door on check in. Also our Sink broke which required fixing, which is not the hotels fault, but it adds up to the unpleasant stay. The breakfast on Day 2 of our stay was chaotic. They had no cups for coffee, no bowls for cereal, no spoon, the waffle batter was gone. After a lot of searching we found some cereal bowls under one of the desks ourselves. Juice was out, I tried to ask the person at the front but she said everything was out.

Clean, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast . Would come back.

Undergoing renovation, the renovated rooms are nice, but there was a slight smell from the new carpet. The location was convenient, just off the freeway, on motel row. My room was farther from the freeway so noise was not a problem. Clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable. Staff was courteous and friendly. TV, wi-fi, plumbing, and everything else worked as expected. Next door to a restaurant which was convenient.

The motel was well located near Flagstaff historical district. I liked the price for the room.

This hotel was comfortable. It was clean with a friendly staff. Decent breakfast accommodations. The rooms are very old and in need of some serious renovation. The heater / ac unit had an awful smell while in use. It was better to just not use the unit. Beautiful view of the mountains from our room.

Hotel is a good value. It is clean and comfortable. For being near I-40 and the railroad, the room was quiet. Easy access to all of the things to do. The staff is very accommodating.

Just needed a stop off point on a cross country trek. It was good for that. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was so so but free. Would stay at again.

It is good but need more switches in the room Also, it is close to the freeway Good restrants nearby

Room was not as clean as I would have liked, but the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast is minimal. We were confused about where the pool was, as there was not one on the premises, but next door as a shared pool instead.

Enjoyed the stay and the waffles! Nice and close to highway for quick on and off!

The establisjment is long overdue for a facelift. Carpets are scary, tile looks under-maintained, bathtub appears ready for replacement. Two lights were out in the room - doesn't anyone check such things. The "breakfast" was bare bones - corn flakes and froot loops in a sparce undecorated room.

Son graduated from NAU Flagstaff. Super 8 is my choice from long ago and this unit was fine. from front desk to staff - friendly and courteous. Room was large - and comfy. Location was perfect. Close to the college and son's home. Cracker Barrel restaurant was a few FEW steps away, right next door. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Room was clean. The bed had an old style spread. The kind that makes you wonder when it was washed last? Tub was worn out, but again, room was very clean. TV was old school.

We stayed there one night i made the reservation the same day, 3 adults, 1 kid, two queen beds, the room was very clean, nicely appointed, a great value, this was our stop before going to the Grand Canyon and we had dinner in a cozy little place downtown 5 minutes away, Flagstaff is a great little jewel and the hotel location, price, cleanliness and friendly staff can't be beat.

It feels relieving to know that despite your difficulties with our bathroom you still took time to appreciate our cleanliness and location. Please be assured that our main goal is to provide the best for each of our valued guest. We certainly would like to translate this goal even more practically on your next stay!
