The spacious living room, fitted out with refined furnishings, opens onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a large covered terrace, ideal for al fresco dining or moments of relaxation. You'll also enjoy a view of the fully glazed garage, using a magnificent vintage Porsche as a decorative element.

The villa has four air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, each with dressing room and private bathroom, equipped with walk-in shower or outdoor bathtub. These elegant spaces offer absolute comfort and privacy, enhanced by private terraces to take full advantage of the surrounding environment.

Outside, let yourself be seduced by a magnificent heated infinity pool and a 6-seater Jacuzzi, perfect for moments of relaxation. Two hammocks are also at your disposal for moments of idleness, as well as a petanque court and ping-pong table for convivial evenings around a plancha in a carefully landscaped tropical garden.
