Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Brand new finishes, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Ample storage for ski, bike and golf equipment is available in the ski valet room and garage. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas, private hot tub, and decks. Note that parking is available in the driveway, but NOT in the garage. The community pool, located near the entrance to the Granby Ranch Ski Resort, is available for guest use and features a heated pool and hot tub that are available year-round. Requires a $20 pass per person/per day, children 8 and under are free.

This stunning 2,844 sq ft single-family home offers ski-in/ski-out, bike-in/bike-out access to Granby Ranch ski resort, making it perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Alpine Haven comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, ideal for families or groups of friends.

After a long day of hiking, fishing, or on the slopes you can head inside to lounge and enjoy your favorite movie or show on one of our TVs. If you prefer to relax outside, we have lots of space to enjoy the fresh air and surrounding beauty on our large wrap-around deck overlooking the valley, or our lower deck featuring a private hot tub. In addition, there’s plenty of space on our property for the kids to run around and have fun!

Our location provides quick access to the ski slopes: right from our backyard you can ski down to either the Kicking Horse or Quick Draw Express lifts.

Welcome to Alpine Haven! We absolutely love our brand new, luxurious ski-in/ski-out home. After a day on the slopes, we enjoy relaxing in the private hot tub and watching our favorite shows on the TVs in every room. The ski valet room makes storing our gear a breeze. We also love the easy access to year-round activities like golf, fishing, hiking, and mountain biking right on the property, and being just 30 minutes from Grand Lake and Winter Park for even more adventures.
