Too Rustic for our liking
Our recent Vacasa rental experience led to an early check-out. While we appreciated the excellent location, spacious yard, fire pit, and nearby wildlife, the cabin itself presented several challenges. We found cleanliness concerns upon arrival and maintenance issues with screens, the toilet, cooktop, furniture, and lighting.Our interactions with Vacasa were also disappointing; despite consistently raising these serious property concerns, their responses often focused on no refunds, even though we hadn't asked for one. This felt unprofessional and highlighted a disconnect regarding property conditions. We sincerely hope the funds from our unused two nights will be allocated towards much-needed repairs and a deep cleaning.Ultimately, this property might not be the best fit for everyone's expectations, and we hope this feedback aids future improvements.
