Very good location near (but not too close!) to cafés, bars and restaurants. Clean room and common areas with a nice aroma throughout. (For sale in reception, my wife tells me.) In our room, we had comfortable beds and nice big towels plus shampoo & conditioner (unlike another reviewer). Had room service which was both fast & delicious! Waiter was helpful too. Front desk staff was helpful. They called a taxi which arrived in 2 minutes! Only areas for improvement would be A/C, which was very weak, and bath is very narrow, even for me, a fairly skinny guy and took 20 minutes plus to fill! Recommended. Good value especially for a city centre hotel.
Fine New hotel not far from old Granada as well as on the edge of one of the city menu areas for bars and restaurants. Fine rooms. The hotel also has a small but correct fitness room. The hotel has a parking (additional cost), that anyway should be booked in advance. When there is no free place, they offer a concerted parking not far away.
We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is in easy reach of the attractions but away from the bustle in a beautiful tree-lined road. Breakfast was excellent. The bed (twins pushed together) was extremely comfortable and the room, although not particularly large, was clean and well-furnished. The hotel is very close to an airport bus stop, a big plus since the bus is cheap and reliable. No kettle in the room though. We took our own.
Overall a positive experience but not likely to return. Breakfast room lovely, good food, and staff mostly friendly and helpful. Front-desk staff (except for the younger man) unfriendly and rude - check-in not pleasant, no greetings when you walk by, etc. Room was nice with view into trees. Toiletries lacked any lotion or conditioner which I would normally expect from a 4* hotel. Shower needs to be re-grouted as mold is visible. Room had strong air freshener smell upon entry which I didn't really like or need. Overall an ok experience but for the money would not return
The hotel is located in central Granada, close to the Corte Ingles department store. All tourist areas are nearby. It is an older building tastefully renovated in a modern style. Everything is quite pleasant. Good breakfast, pleasant staff and garage available. All in all, a very nice hotel.
This hotel has a good location in Granada, just a short walk into the main touristy areas. Rooms are very small and there are very few facilities in the hotel. Decor is nice and we had a courtyard room which is quieter than rooms on the front. Corridor noise is very bad with the cleaners waking everyone up at 7.... Breakfast is cheaper to book when you arrive (discounted) and is varied and tasty. Gluten free options available. We didn't try the bar or restaurant. If, like us, you haven't booked the Alhambra far enough in advance, reception can organise guided tours which we'd highly recommend. The only problem was that having said they'd book us places they then forgot, so we'd advise chasing them for confirmation. They sorted it in the end though. Overall, this is a good hotel, but very expensive for what it is.
This hotel has been modernised. The dinner was good and the breakfast excellent. Comfortable room and ideal for location as El Corte Inglese is very close. Easy to get to sights from there. Get a room at the back.
I stayed here for one night as part of a biking tour of Andalucia. It is a large hotel but pleasant and well located. The rooms were average size for a city hotel and everything was in working order. The breakfast buffet was very good. It's well located, just a short walk from interesting shopping areas and a 15 minute walk down from the Alhambra. Staff was friendly and happily stored luggage for us for the day. WIFI free.
Great location within easy walk of the main attractions and close to the airport bus bus-stop and a supermarket. Neat clean rooms with everything in working order. Highly recommended. Set in a side street beside the river park it is a perfectly quiet location.
First impression, very stylish and clean and the WiFi worked well and in a good location. But for me personally the layout of the room just didn't seem to work. The built in wardrobe by the door had a safe and a fridge which is always welcome but then there wasn't much room left for hanging clothes. I get the feeling that the hotel is ideal for a 1 maybe 2 night stay but not longer (perhaps most guests only visit for a short stay in Granada?). Breakfasts are definitely more traditional fair and could be a disappointment to international guests. In fact I did hear a table of tourists from down under venting their disappointment. So on the whole a pleasant stay but not exceptional.
