This hotel is very well placed for getting around Granada. Check in was messy but got there in the end. Our car was valet parked and returned upon departure. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It's a good hotel for a city break. Breakfast was very good.

Friends recommended the Vincci for our two day stay in Granada. Wonderful architectural character. We found the location to be excellent for accessing the sites by foot. It sits on the pedestrian walkway and is central to everything. The staff were wonderful and the place was spotless. The parking arrangements were no stress thanks to the staff. The courtyard dining ambiance was lovely, however the food was merely adequate in comparison to choices just in the area.

breakfast was limited. hotel looks bigger in the photos. perfect location. outside night noise disturbing from the first floor. great shower. uncomfortable pillows. ok hotel for a weekend. friendly staff. small car park and had to park at public car park about 5 mins walk from hotel.

A good hotel not fare from the historical earth of the city. Room is comfortable but not so large. The staff is pleasant. There is a parking which is a very good thing. The price is very correct for this hotel

We have just spent a 3 day getaway here, and we loved this gracious old hotel. The staff were exceptional, going out of their way at all levels. The location is perfect, and the food was excellent. Take the is lovely, and we particularly enjoyed the bar ...delicious tapas!

I reviewed this hotel a few years back and was not impressed with the service at reception; however that has all changed for the better! We stayed here January 2015, in July 2016 and again in January 2017 This hotel is well located - walking distance to the Corte Inglis and many very good restaurants; and has its own fine restaurant with an excellent buffet breakfast. The tapas served at night in the bar area are also good and inexpensive. Rooms ae small unless you upgrade to a Junior Suite for 40euros extra/night. An excellent value hotel!

I was disappointed with the hotel as they were aware that the road leading to and outside their hotel was closed on our day of arrival due to the customary yearly three kings cavalcade! This should have been informed in email! Staff were indifferent about the problem of Having to look for alternate parking and how to get to them !! I paid in advance parking with reservation - moved my car on the following day to the hotel premises - paid for Parking twice! An email in advance to their clients with details of the event, closure times of road would have been very very helpful ! This is called efficient service !

I was surprised at how nice the hotel was in person, given the value rate. The room was extremely comfortable and has everything needed. It was very clean. The only negative was the wifi was slow, making it difficult to research activities and make travel plans.

I spent there 3 nights and all was wonderful except the additional cost for the parking. The mattress was perfect, the room was heated and the noise of the street was so... Spanish. The personnel in the reception was very nice to allow me a room with street view. The rooms with view in the interior are not offering actually any view. Nice lobby for spending time with the kids. Very good proximity to Corte Ingles.

This accommodation was reserved for us by our bus tour. We loved the property. Our room faced the inside courtyard, which was a restaurant. It was a beautiful view. Our room was modern, with a tiled floor, which is so much cleaner than carpet. It was spotlessly clean and crisp. The hotel was close to restaurants, bars, shops and scenic walkways. We did try the tapas bar at the hotel in the evening and there were a few good dishes and some strange dishes. Sweet and sour chicken in a can was something that I never expected to be served in a restaurant. The salad with goat cheese was good. We would recommend this property as a very nice place to stay.
