Very happy customers

As two kiwi travellers, we had an excellent time at Hotel Los Angeles. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, beautiful views from the balcony and nice and quiet. Very close to the centre of town and Alhambra. The pool was very nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious and probably the highlight of our stay. Would highly recommend this place, thank you Los Angeles!!

Facility is very tired and worn. Bath fixtures are loose, broken, or missing. Water pressure and shower flow are poor. Staff are professional and polite, but the place needs significant maintenance and updates. None of the gym or spa facilities are included in the room rate.

Location is great. Bed and breakfast good. Only problem was late night guests who came back from city tour. They were talking and singing very loud under my window until 2 am. Then it was nice and quiet until 4.30 when second group of singers arrived.... Hotel overall is nice.

Nice big room with confortable king size bed, nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. Bathroom is outdated, needs new shower sliding doors. No shampoo or body soap for the shower, instead a watered down hand soap of the same kind used for the sink. All your shower toiletries had to be put on the shower floor, need a shower basket.
