Located on the best area of Maspalomas and surrounded by gardens and vegetation, it is a 15-20 minute walk away from the famous dunes and beach of Maspalomas and the leisure area of Meloneras. It allows a relaxed stay on the best area of the city and very close from its main touristic attractions, leisure centers and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying the beach and the sun and practising sport activities during the day, and enjoying the evening with its night life or its wide restaurant offer for a relaxed dinner.



The bungalow consists of a living room with a sofa/TV area, open to a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and a garden with sunbeds, a fully-equipped open kitchen, a main bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with twin beds, and a full bathroom with shower, plus a third bedroom area with twin beds on a loft area accessed by stairs from the living room. It is surrounded by nice community gardens and it has a large shared swimming pool for common use, right next to the bungalow.



The bungalow is fully equipped, including free WIFI and air conditioning. There is plenty of parking spaces on the street right next to the entrance. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers in the area. The access to the motorway is less than 1 km away and the airport is 20-25 minutes away.

Lovely pool

Overall the setting/small complex of 9 properties is absolutely lovely, the full time owners are very friendly and the pool was lovely and a big plus for our family. Most of our 2 weeks was lovely and relaxing apart from our last 4 days where our neighbour property was let out to a group of 8 young people (7 female and 1 male) who played music loudly day and night till around 3-4am, they we’re very laddish and very disrespectful to everyone on the complex walking round in nothing but thongs day and night, sexually covorting in the pool in front of children. Drinks excessively and smoking weed for the whole time they were there. Disrespectful to anyone else and made the atmosphere on the complex horrible. The owner of that property should be aware of who they let out too as the residents of the complex were not happy with their unacceptable behaviour and were glad to see them finally leave. Very much put a damper on the end of our holiday sadly. The property itself was basic and lacked some basic utensils and a lot of flaking paint in the bedroom and generally tired looking. But comfortable enough and the outlook on the pool was lovely.
