Bright and spacious apartment for 6 or 8 people in a quiet street in the center of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Very close to the bus station and the old town. It has a fully equipped kitchen, vitro, oven, fridge, microwave ... Four rooms, one with a double bed, another with 2 single beds and another two rooms with a sofa bed of 1. 60 and 1. 50 cm, and a bathroom, a toilet and a large living room, comfortable and bright with TV and Wifi . On the roof there is a room with a sink, washing machine, where you can hang clothes. And a furnished terrace where you can enjoy the climate of the Canary Islands. The house is located in the heart of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Near the commercial area of Triana, the San Telmo Park, the bus station and the old quarter. Easy access also to Avenida Maritima where you can walk comfortably to another of the most important commercial areas of the city, Mesa and Lopez, to the beach of the Alcaravaneras and even to the beach of the quarries. The apartment is very well connected by public transport to move not only through the city but through the island, being two steps from the bus station where all buses leave to any point d Gran Canaria.
