The approximately 92 m², modernly furnished apartment for up to 4 persons is located on the ground floor of the house (separate entrance) and consists of a bright living/dining area with open kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a modern bathroom with shower. The large west-facing terrace and the small garden invite you to enjoy the view of the mountains from morning to night.
Parking spaces are available directly at the house, and bicycles and skis can be stored in a storage room.
The location in the Obergrainau district offers perfect opportunities for a variety of activities at any time of the year: long walks and hikes at the bottom of the Zugspitze, mountainbike tours past crystal-clear lakes and blooming mountain meadows, as well as unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter. A cross-country ski trail is located in the immediate vicinity and the ski areas „Zugspitze" and „Garmisch Classic" entice with varied slopes and unique impressions.
Just a few minutes' walk away in the center of Grainau you will find various shopping facilities, the Zugspitze train station, the swimming and outdoor pool, the Kurhaus, a minigolf course and much more. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary vacation enjoyment, one of which is located directly on the ground floor of the apartment house.
