My family had an excellent experience. We did get lost coming in, as google kept translating the address as in golden BC not Nicholson. We contacted the host and she got us to her where she personally drove up and let us follow her. The customer service was so amazing. The main sleep area had the most comfortable bed, pillows and blanket ever! The bathroom was beautiful,the windows all the way around provide a beautiful visual and the hot tub was very nice. We had a great experience.
