The house offers breathtaking views from almost every room. Enjoy the river view from the dining table as you wake up, sipping your coffee. When you're ready to start your adventure you can head out the back door down to the private river access to take a chance at catching some fish. Then end your day on the deck, barbecuing with family and friends.

Located between Grants Pass and Ashland it is minutes away from shopping, dining, theater, rafting, hiking, jet boats, and wine tours.

The house is thoughtfully set up with tons of amenities perfect for cooking, working, and relaxing. The space comfortably sleeps and feeds 8 with 3 bedrooms, and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

It also offers a private work area with a desk, wifi, and other essentials so that you can get work done and enjoy your vacation.

We are baby/child friendly with fully fenced front and back yards and baby/child items available on request.

The property was infested with spiders and bugs. The host did not give us the key code for access. So upon arrival we waited over an hour to get in. We had to call VRBO customer service just to get a response from the host to finally get access. When we notified the host about the ants inside the house and infestation of spiders as soon as you step outside and around the deck and patio. Spider webs everywhere. We paid 1500 for 4 days and it was definitely not worth that. This host was the worst I’ve ever experienced with Vrbo. Next time have your place cleaned. We took videos and pictures to prove the overwhelming bugs. Not to mention the nasty hornets nest up front when you walk in to the house.

Serene view of the Rogue and mountains

If you are looking for a propety literary on the Rogue river ... this is the place. The property is away from the city, right smack in the moddle of Medford and Grants Pass. The back yard is the reason to stay here. Plenty of seating, on the porch or on the yard, with Gazebos and coverings. Steps to the rogue river (not accessible for elderly or those with disabilities. Really easy check in and check out process. Property is nice and clean. The inside has plenty of chairs for guest, along with blankets, towels and other necessities. The host was easy to work with.

difficulty communicating with host- booked March 22, sent question via VRBO site on March 23 and received a reply on May 5. did not receive a message from host the day prior to arrival- with door cods; but then the day of arrival, difficulty connecting- my phone service was not great in remote area.small home- not much furniture- only 1 small couch and a few chairs, bean bag chairs. couch bed not comfortable- no sheets (needed to request) 1 primary bedroom well equipped; 2nd bedroom- no bedside lamps; 3rd bedroom with a twin and trundle bedkitchen with good amount of glasses, dishes and silverwareOutside was GREAT! nice back deck, fire pit and lots of seating. very lovely to sit out and listen to all the birds- bring binoculars as there are loads of birds flying around. Nice to have lots of blankets to be cozy early am and later in the evening
