Perfect location in an aging building. Nothing between you and the beach but a pathway, bringing endless foot and wheel traffic. Although the building is old, the apartment, ground floor, is clean, comfortable with a well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Position is everything for this place. Clubs and shops within walking distance. Have a bike and everything is well in reach via the path.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Building was very shabby.Unit had been renovated but not recently.Check in procedure was difficult as we had to travel a long distance to pick up the key. Likewise, check out was very difficult. We talked to the office regarding check out but with no resolution. A lockbox or keypad on site would be a simple solution.Grass and garden were neglected.Underground parking was not secure.
