Both bedrooms have direct access to the beach and offer stunning views. The patio area, complete with comfortable furnishings is perfect for relaxing with a sundowner or reading the morning paper.
San Simeon offers resort facilities including full size tennis court, beachfront pool and heated spa, roof top sauna and spa and barbecue area.

Wonderful Location: Flawless presentation
We chose to holiday on the Gold Coast when our plans for North Queensland were scuppered by the latest Covid lockdown. It was a very happy consolation prize. The unit was exactly as described on the website and the location was terrific. The unit was well setup with everything we might need and the service from the letting agent was good. We'd certainly visit again
