OMG! We are retirees and had booked here as we were desperate (Schoolies Week) and were travelling with a pet. Arrive to the place stinking of cigarette smoke. Then we find the doona cover & doona & 9 pillows (that was odd too) were all were soaking wet. Contacted owner & they said put the doona cover in the dryer. Still needing a bed we complied. An hour later, doona cover was still drying, & we are trying to dry pillows etc out the front of the unit. And then the bites started. Fleas. I was being bitten!
We packed up, miserable & headed out. Stayz were no help, they asked for photos or no refund, we hadn’t thought to take photos & we already on the road. And how do you photograph wet sheets? So no refund. This place is a hoax.
