O atendimento é bom e feito com bastante simpatia. As áreas comuns são agradáveis. Porém a suíte em que fiquei, talvez por coincidência, não apresentava boas condições. O chuveiro não aquecia a água e parecia entupido, jorrando de forma que não era possível tomar banho. A cama era confortável e o quarto estava limpo.

Hotel simples, mas bastante confortável, limpeza muito boa, apesar de ser em uma avenida barulhenta, , o isolamento acústico é bom, café da manhã com diversas opções. Funcionários atenciosos e educados. chuveiro quente/frio e com orientações de como opera-lo, tv a cabo com bastante canais de tv livre, ar-condicionado sem ruído. Enfim tive uma boa experiência e recomendo O estacionamento não fica no hotel, mas é bem próximo e tem sempre alguém pra te acompanhar até o local, eles tem todo cuidado de inspecionar o automóvel, para haver qualquer desentendimento.
