The house, with a new roof and facade, is in a quiet, charming residential area (residents only), 250 m from the beach and the new "Glück in Sicht" holiday complex with its own restaurant, bistro, and kiosk.



This bright, welcoming house will make you feel at home! On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious kitchen-living room (dishwasher, washing machine) with a pleasant atmosphere thanks to wooden floors and solid wood furniture. The wide window front with sliding door, renewed in 2022, opens onto the adjoining terrace. Upstairs, another living room with garden views and plenty of seating awaits you.



The house is ideal for families, couples, sailing crews, or wedding guests (Schloss Glücksburg, beach hotel). While some relax upstairs watching TV or playing cards, others can enjoy a beer or wine downstairs or soak up the evening sun on the terrace.



The upstairs bathroom has been fully renovated and now offers a modern feel. A new shower room has also been added on the ground floor.



The property is near the beach, with public transport within walking distance. The beach hotel, pier, and yacht school are also easily reached on foot. Parking is available on the property. Schönes Ferienhaus für Familie mit Kindern und Hund

Pros: Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und ist für eine Familie perfekt. Man ist schnell am Strand und auch für Selbstversorger ist alles vorhanden. Cons: Der Weg und die und zum Haus runter sind leider sehr uneben und man stolper sehr leicht. Das ist bei der schlechten Beleuchtung gefährlich. Im oberen Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer fehlt Sommen- und Sichtschutz hier wurde es Mitte Mai schon wirklich heiß.

Pros: Die hier angebotene Haushälfte liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel, wobei man in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand ist. Die Wohnküche bietet auch für 5 Personen genügend Platz und ist auch zum Kochen von Weihnachtsmenüs gut geeignet und entsprechend ausgestattet. Sie war auch der Jahreszeit entsprechend schön dekoriert. Die Beleuchtung hier könnte jedoch etwas üppiger sein. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet, wobei eines ein Wohn-Schlafzimmer ist und über eine gemütliche Fernsehecke verfügt, was unseren Bedürfnissen aber weniger entspricht. Wir brauchen eher einen großen Wohn-Kochbereich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist zwar gut, aber für etwas längere Ferienaufenthalte könnte man das noch etwas attrakktiver gestalten, da z.B. kein Meerblick vorhanden ist.

Pros: Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und wurden bei unsere Ankunft herzlich durch die Gastgeberin in Empfang genommen. Das Haus verfügt über 2 sehr moderne Badezimmer und eine schöne sonnige Terrasse. Besonders gut hat uns die kurze Entfernung zum Strand gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
