This holiday apartment in Danish style is located on a green ingrown resort directly on the beach of Holnis in the Baltic Sea resort of Glücksburg on the Flensburg Fjord. Here is plenty of space for the little ones. It is only a few steps to the beautiful beach with white, fine sand. Surfing, kite surfing, pedalo rental and horseback riding are all available for leisure activities. For the kids there is a playground right on the beach in front of the resort. Bicycle rental is also just a few steps away. Numerous restaurants and cafes in Holnis & Glücksburg also offer a lot of variety for the culinary delights.

Lage TOP! Ferienwohnung mit etwas Wartungsbedarf

Die Unterkunft liegt standnah in einer ruhigen Ferienhaus-Siedlung. Der Strand hat wunderschönen Sand und man kann sehr weit ins Wasser gehen bis es auch nur hüfthoch steht - super für einen entspannten Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern! :-) Die Wohnung selbst ist stilvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der überdachte Balkon bietet auch bei Regen die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. An Zubehör (Klopapier, Seife, Gewürze, Sonnenschirm, Mülltüten, ...) hat es uns an nichts gemangelt. Das Kinderzimmer mit 2 Betten, Spielzeug und Büchern hat vor allem unserem 5-Jährigem gut gefallen. Es gibt auch ein paar Kritikpunkte, die aber eher Luxusprobleme sind :-) : 1. Die Kleiderschränke in den Erwachsenen-Schlafzimmern sind zu klein. Statt Regalbrettern gibt es nur ein eingehängtes Stoffregal und die obere Ablage wird durch Reserve-Bettdecken blockiert. 2. Die Eingangstür ist verzogen, so dass das Abschließen der Tür manchmal schwer fällt. 3. Auch die Balkontür lässt sich z.T. schwer schließen. 4. Da in der Küche viele Geräte zur Verfügung stehen (Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, ...) ist leider etwas zu wenig Abstellfläche vorhanden. 5. Die Klobürste müsste ausgetauscht werden - so dass sie auch in die Halterung passt und nicht spritzt beim Rausnehmen. 6. Die Dusche wechselt manchmal zwischen "kurz heiß" und "einer ganzen Weile kalt". 7. Handtücher und Bettwäsche rochen z.T. etwas muffig (Hygienespüler kann hier helfen) Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung aber guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen :-)

Nettes Häuschen in sehr schöner Lage mit mangelhafter Ausstattung bei Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs

Die Ferienwöhnung liegt wie beschrieben sehr nah am Meer und ist sehr ruhig und ideal für Tage zur Erholung. Leider kommen Kosten für die strombetriebene Heizung und eine Kurtaxe noch oben drauf, was zwar in der Beschreibung steht, jedoch bei der Buchung nicht sofort klar ist. Weiterhin ist die Ferienwohnung nicht gut mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Es gibt zwar einige Verbindungen, jedoch werden diese unregelmäßig angefahren. Es wäre hilfreich, dies in der Objektbeschreibung zusätzlich zu erwähnen. Der größte Kritikpunkt besteht in der Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung. Demnach sind alle Möbel wie in der Beschreibung zwar vorhanden, jedoch sind Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs regelrecht Mangelware. Bspw. gab es nur einen spärlichen Rest an Spülmittel, der zudem noch verdünnt war, weitere Reinigungsutensilien wie Schwämme oder Tücher fehlten komplett, für die Spülmaschine waren lediglich 2 Spültabs vorhanden und Toilettenpapier war für 6 Personen über 3 Tage nur durch eine Rolle gestellt. Dies ist in der Form leider absolut unzureichend und wird in Zukunft hoffentlich stärker berücksichtigt, da es nicht möglich ist für Sauberkeit in den Räumen zu sorgen.
