The lady at check in was excellent. Amber. Hotels . Com had screwed up our booking and she was wonderful trying to help the situation. Hotels.com did an awful job and she was willing to help us out. She was amazing. Our stay was great. Very nice room, clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was very nice from lobby area and outside. Amber made a huge difference in making us feel welcome. The gal at the check in was a joke. She did not realize that she was representing BW and the motel ownership. I had a parking issue and she was less than helpful. No welcome, no happy that you are stsying with them---nothing. I would fire her in a minute. I would welcome a call from the management.

Could provide a few more towels than just 2 especially if it’s got more than 1 bed in, but they were quick to bring up more that morning. Check in girl could have actually spoke talked maybe about the breakfast check out time or anything only words were hi and a card for damage security and drivers license and pointed to the end of the building to where room would be located. But it was a quick easy stay for a saila show

The construction crew left an open exacto knife on the sidewalk where anyone could step on it or a child could pick it up. The plastic everywhere was understandable, but they didn't make much effort to remove obstacles out of your way when you were passing by. Empty water bottles were left everywhere and the buckets were blocking the walkway instead of off to the side. There were no wet paint signs used, either. There was a long metal spring on the stairway that if you didn't see would trip you up. Just left there. It was noisy, and there were no signs anywhere explaining what was happening. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, it was just a lot of chaos with out any regard to people's safety.
