Die Sauberkeit ist mit wenigen Makel insgesamt als sauber gewesen, leider waren einige Platzdeckchen für den Essplatztisch sehr schmutzig, wir haben sie erstmal in die Waschmaschine und Trockner getan, was uns natürlich im Stromverbrauch berechnet wird, in der Mülltrennung der Küchenschublade lag auch noch etwas von irgendeinen Vormietern. Hinter den Elektroheizungen befindet sich teilweise Staub und Fusseln, insgesamt gesehen Kleinigkeiten. Was sehr schade ist, die Betten sind zu schmal, ist durch die viel zu kleinen Schlafzimmer auch nicht anders auszustatten. Die Außenanlage ist zum Jahreswechsel nicht der Hauptaufenthalt und somit ist der ungepflete Zustand auch nicht relevant.
