This two level home features a nicely appointed living room with a flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an eat-in kitchen, and four comfortably furnished bedrooms.
The main level offers a spacious primary bedroom and a versatile guest room featuring a queen Murphy bed. By day, this guest room easily transforms into a game room complete with a card table, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Bright and airy, the space opens onto a private deck with comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. This entire level is comfortably climate-controlled with central air conditioning.
The lower level features two additional guest bedrooms, including a spacious two-room suite with two queen beds and a second bedroom with one queen bed. While this level does not have central air conditioning, fans are provided to ensure comfort during warm summer nights.
After an adventurous day of exploring the Roaring Fork Valley, gather with family or friends for a fun filled night of games, relax on the back deck with a glass of wine or take a stroll and enjoy the beautiful views along the Rio Grande river trail.

The house was very comfortable for our group of 8. The kitchen was large and open, with a good sized table for meals and card games. We cleaned up some trash in the backyard and found a muddy towel in the linen closet but these were easily handled. We enjoyed our stay at Glenwood Springs!

We enjoyed Glenwood Springs a lot. The house was fine but we had trouble with the air conditioning. It was cold on the main level and our family in the lower level were hot. The towel bar was broken but management said they would fix it after we left. Also we needed brighter lighting in the bedrooms. The location worked out great for us.

?For Seniors?
House was as shown but didn’t include things seniors need to know. Entrance had high steps and no railing. And no other entrance. We had to help each other up the steps and were afraid of falling. It would seem this could be a liability problem. Th interior lighting was very dim especially at the dining table. We ended up buying a portable light for 40 to be able to see. Steps to basement were steep and the first step down was very difficult as we had to bend over for the railing.However there were good points too. Beds were excellent-the best we have ever had away from home. The air conditioner worked extremely good. Location was great. The dining table was nice and big. If the three main issues were addressed we would recommend to anyone, but as it stands cannot recommend for seniors.

Great for graduation weekend
We used this property to house my extended family in the neighborhood while our student went through graduation this weekend. Everything was super convenient to get to as the high school was incredibly close to the neighborhood. We had a great time and was grateful for the space. The only thing i would suggest to the owner is to put a railing on the front porch. My parents and in-laws are all over 80 yrs old and it would have been nice for them to have something to hold onto going up and down those couple of steps. Other Than that, the property was as advertised and it was a wonderful stay close to the school.

Hot Springs Birthday Celebration
We brought our adult son and his family here to celebrate his birthday. There were 8 of us, ranging from 3 to 71 years old.The house was perfect for us. Plenty of beds and lots of room to spread out. We loved the large kitchen table which easily enabled group meals and craft projects. Close to Glenwood Springs pool and Iron Mountain, and restaurants and shops downtown.

We stayed at this home over Christmas and had an amazing time! The snowfall added to the charm, making it a perfect holiday getaway. The house was very well laid out and comfortably accommodated our group of eight. While it’s an older home, it was cozy and had everything we needed. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. It was a wonderful setting to spend time with family, and we would definitely stay here again!

Good location, reasonable accommodations
We were in town for a wedding, so we needed a place to stay with just basic amenities. The location of this property was very convenient to downtown. It provided adequate amenities, but it could use some updates/improvements for a VRBO.
The biggest thing is the electrical. There’s a lack of plug ins in the bedrooms. They had an extension cord in the downstairs bedroom that provided 1 plug in, but with so many people having phones and watches to charge nightly it would be helpful to address this. Probably the bigger issue is the thermostat. It was fall during our visit, and the weather varies. The thermostat was set to 73 degrees but the AC continued to run all night bringing the temp down to low 60s. It was so cold. The next night we switched it off and had on the heat because it was rainy and colder outside. The thermostat was at 70 and it got up to 77. It just needs looked at for efficiency. The fan/light in one room turns it on in the room next door. These aren’t huge issues, but they contribute to the overall stay.
I would say overall, for the amount of time we were at the place, the house met our needs. With a few improvements to the electrical situation and a few upgrades like enough pillows and newer mattresses it could be a great place. For the price and our purpose it was adequate.

We found 3 brown recluse spiders in the downstairs bedrooms and bathroom. Pincher bugs daddy long legs and fire ants in the kitchen. Very outdated furniture and it definitely needs painted inside and out! And needs pest sprayed immediately! This house should never have been on the site. I was so embarrassed and mad about the spiders! Luckily no one was bitten! I am waiting for the management company to review all my claims.

Great spot in beautiful mountain town
This home is very clean with plenty of room for the whole family. It’s 5 minutes from downtown Main Street where you can park and walk all the shops and restaurants. Great central location, 5-15 minutes from all the activities you want to do in Glenwood Springs. Came here on a trip to to start a new family tradition of siblings getting together once a year. Will definitely stay here again next year!
