Best place to stay to get away from the city. Wonderful host, easy check-in, very clean and comfortable home. Animals to watch including friendly goats to feed and pet. Fishing pond and games to play. Beautiful hills and fields to gaze upon. Peaceful!!

We took a long weekend for our family to spend some time together before my granddaughter goes off to college in a few weeks. This was a perfect place we loved the quietness of the farm. We had family breakfast and dinner around the big dining room table. Walked back to the pond and the granddaughters did some fishing. The sunsets were beautiful Lisa was a great host. We said we would stay again.

Beautifully well-kept century farmhouse

Peaceful, quiet, super clean, very comfortable, and beautifully well-kept century farmhouse. If you're looking for an ultra quiet getaway in a countryside setting, then this is it. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind. Easily accommodates six to eight people. It is only two and a half miles from the small town of Glenmont which is an entry point to the Holmes County Bike Trail.This trail is part of the Ohio to Erie Trail. Our group stayed here for the Funk Bottoms Gravel bike race. It's location and amenities worked out perfectly which made for a great weekend. This home and host definitely earn a 10 out of 10 rating.

We were pleasantly surprised by this space, ease of check in, and cleanliness. It was quite roomy enough for the 4 adults who stayed here. Everything we needed. Quiet, peaceful and well appointed.

Country Retreat

The place was very clean and nicely appointed. While not used by our group, lots of entertainment extras were available. The setting was very tranquil and offered amazing sunrises and sunsets. Tommy, the barn cat, was an excellent greeter and waited patiently outside to join you on a walk about the property. Kitchen was used extensively and served us well.

Like staying at Grandma's

This was a cute farm house that really had everything you could need. We enjoyed the animals. It was very clean! It was a little farther away from the wedding festivities then we anticipated. Way better then staying in a hotel! Exceeded my expectations!

Perfect Farm House

My mom, daughter and I had a great stay at this farm house in Holmes County. The house is perfect, the beds were comfy, and everything was so clean. It has everything you need for your stay. There was great communication with the host. I would stay here again when in the area. The goats and barn cat were also fun to visit with. Thank you !

Another great visit

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, we have nothing but good things to say about our stay, fantastic secluded location but close enough to all of the things we wanted to do and see in the area. Lisa checked in with us multiple times to see if we needed anything. We will be back again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay

So beautiful and relaxing. The goats are awesome. The pond for fishing is great. We definitely want to come back. So clean and they dont have ridiculous rules just respectful ones. Communication great. 1000 star review if i could leave that many.

Wonderful home for family gathering!

This farm home is very clean, well kept up and in a nice, quiet location in the country. There is a large dining room table that was perfect for our family meals and game playing. We also enjoyed visiting with the barn cat and the goats that live in the barn across the road. We return to this area every year around the holidays to visit with extended family and will definitely try to stay at this home again!
