Almost perfect way

It was a very nice stay that all of us (three 5-year-olds and five adults) enjoyed. The rooms and kitchen feel clean and ready for us. Communication with the owner was easy. My only complaint is the limited parking space (one) which is not enough for a group of people.

Long weekend in the mountains

A great stay as part of a family birthday celebration. Summit Vista gave us a great base to experience so much of the area, then be able to come back and enjoy all the well thought out details and unbeatable views this home had to offer! Hope to be back again.

Beautiful and comfortable!

This is a beautiful property and incredibly comfortable! We rent in the area 3-4 times a year and this was easily the most comfortable place we have rented. Communication was excellent. Cleanliness was to the highest standard. Highly recommend!

A wonderful stay!

Our family had an amazing time visiting Glen. The property was incredibly clean, cozy and well-stocked. Jim was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely return for another ski adventure in the future!

Beautiful Mountain Home

We had an amazing stay at Summit Vista. The home is beautiful, with gorgeous views of the White Mountains from the deck. Everything was impeccably clean, we had plenty of space, and were all very comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend Summit Vista for a friends or family getaway!

Summit Vista was a 10/10!

I recently stayed at this stunning Summit Vista chalet, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The chalet itself is beautifully decorated, with a perfect blend of mountain charm, but with modern comfort. Every detail in the decor made the space feel cozy and inviting. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after long days of hiking and exploring. Waking up to the panoramic views each morning was also a real treat. Our host Jim was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was very communicative and the rental process was so smooth. This chalet is the perfect escape for anyone looking to relax in a gorgeous setting. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful views

Summit Vista is a beautiful location. Remote enough to give Mountain Views but close enough to restaurants and trails. Very clean and exactly as described online. The owner was very prompt in replies which was much appreciated. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Best views in the Mount Washington Valley!

Our family had a fantastic stay at Summit Vista! We had blue skis so enjoyed the awazing views of the snow-capped Mountain Washington and the Presidential Range on the back deck. The property was well appointed with high-end fixtures and amenities. We loved the decorations with the mountain-theme. The host was super responsive. Wish our stay was longer. Looking forward to returning!

Excellent Rental

The property was very well maintained and had all of the little touches that kept us from needing to run to the store unnecessarily, which was very nice. Jim was very communicative and friendly, and helped make the entire process from booking through departure smooth. The view was wonderful as advertised, and is a massive highlight of the property. Overall, just very impressed with the property and owner.

Spectacular View

The chalet is a gem of a rental! It is a bright, clean, updated condo with a stunning view of the mountains. Our group of 4 adults found it to have all the necessary amenities of convenience, including an electric fireplace and comfortable beds. Jim is a superior host, both responsive and friendly, which helped contribute to our relaxing stay. We had the perfect mountain getaway!

Great time has by all!

Our group of 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 2,3,5&5) had an awesome weekend. The property was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The kids particularly loved being able to watch the deer from the deck. Parking was a bit of a challenge since other units parked in our spot a couple times but luckily there seemed to be enough vacancy in the other units so we were able to park in a different spot and avoid all having to park in the visitor parking.

Chalet style unit on mountain offers captivating views of mountain range. Unit itself is well appointed with washer-dryer, decent kitchen, Wi-Fi and tvs. We had two minor issues that the owner addressed promptly. This was a lucky discovery!

Great getaway with amazing views!

We had such a wonderful weekend stay at Summit Vista! The accommodations were just as advertised! Lovely, updated property with plenty of room for our family of 5. The area was perfect and close to many of the areas outdoor attractions. Jim and Bri provided us with a comfortable and cozy space to relax and enjoy time with our adult children. The views from the deck were breathtaking and we are thrilled to have found such a wonderful spot! Terrific hosts and accommodations!

Great family vacation to Storyland

This property was perfect for our family vacation to Storyland. The view alone was worth it! You feel like you are in the clouds looking at Mt Washington. The rooms were clean and the place had everything we needed and more. It was a great experience all around.
