Great location!

It was a wonderful stay, centrally located in the city with plenty to do and plenty to see in the direct area. I took the liberty to walk to and from locations while I stayed here and highly enjoyed the city and the location of this stay. Towards the end of my trip, I felt as though I really knew the city! Great hotel

Really enjoyed our stay here on the 17/07/22 stayed with my daughter as we were attending a concert ! On arrival the reception staff were lovely and when we got too room which was on the first floor we’re greeted with a very spacious clean room . We’re able too come and go as you wanted just left key with 24 hour reception ! I had seen some not so great reviews on here but we were so pleased with everything and the beds were so comfy and had a great sleep after dancing the night away ! Would defo recommend and would defo stay again !! Location was also every good also ten min walk too the bus station !

All of the staff at the Victoria House were so friendly and accommodating. We arrived very early due to the overnight train, they stored all our bags for us. We had a lot of large suitcases and we were reassigned another room on the ground floor so we did not have to take them all upstairs. The hit cooked breakfast was delicious.

I appreciated the rapidity with which the staff responded to my issues. For example, on two occasions I had no hot water, but they resolved it within 5 minutes. I appreciated the peace of mind that came with having a 24-hour reception desk.
