clean room, friendly staff and good room rates for a nice hotel well located in the south side of Glasgow.
Hotel location was ideal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was situated at the back and was totally quiet in spite of some celebrations in the main block. Room was comfortable and nicely appointed and the meals in the restaurant were delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Really friendly staff from arrival to departure. The room was spacious with a lovely big, comfy bed. Good to have the option of a reading light. We chose to have a meal in the bar and although the staff were busy with a function, we felt looked after. Our meals were beautifully presented and so tasty. Very good location for Queen's Park park run.
Room very clean. Would like to see bannister on opposite side of stairs in Townhouse. Bannister is on the side where stairs are narrow which is not brilliant for those with mobility problems.
Lovely meal and barman/waiter very pleasant. Reception staff also pleasant and helpful.

The room was quite small and the ceiling was low on one side of the bed. My husband hit his head getting out of bed. Also since the room was immediately next to the stair and there was no lift the noise made by people dragging their luggage up the stair was disturbing.
The window was floor to ceiling in the bathroom but didn’t lock and someone cold have eaisly opened it from the outside. My daughter needed to run to the bathroom and took the only key we had so i went to the desk and asked for a new key. she did not ask me for my name or anything just handed me the key. I felt so unsafe. Thank goodness my daughter in laws family let me stay with them.
We have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions due to it being conveniently situated to Hampden stadium. Staff are friendly and helpful. On this occasion our room was upgraded which we were delighted about. All rooms we have stayed in are tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishings. What a beautiful room the executive suite we were given was. Such a spacious room.
We stayed two nights. At check-in we received a free room upgrade. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Reception, bar and breakfast staff were all very friendly and efficient. We had a most enjoyable stay.
