Das Chalet hat eine perfekte Lage an einem Berghang ca. 100 m über Elm. Die Kombination aus urigem Hütten-Teil mit Schlafzimmern, Esszimmer und Küche mit einem moderneren Teil mit Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer ist super. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Ich würde mehr als 5 Sterne geben, wenn das möglich wäre. Die Fotos des Objekts auf fewo-direkt, zeigen nur ansatzweise, wie schön es wirklich ist. Wir konnten eintauchen in eine andere Welt, abgeschieden von aller Hektik. Der Ausblick auf die umliegenden Hügel und Berge war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht für einen sorglosen Aufenthalt, wenn man die etwas rustikale Einrichtung mag. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder!

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques dans ce petit chalet. Malgré une météo un peu maussade, nous avons adoré cet endroit magnifique: au bout d'une petite route, sur les hauteurs d'Elm, la vue est époustouflante,sur Elm, le Martinsloch et la chute sur toute la hauteur de la montagne en face. Le calme est fantastique, avec comme bande sonore le bruit des rivières. Il y a des endroit pour se tenir sur trois côtés de la maison, il est donc toujours possible de choisir entre ombre et soleil ou d'être à l'abris du vent. L'intérieur du chalet est également très agréable, avec un côté ancien, avec boiseries et plafonds très bas, mais plein de charme. Le salon lui est très moderne et lumineux avec porte fenêtre donant sur le devant. Les chambre à l'étage sont rustiques mais parfaite pour un sommeil réparateur. La cuisine est petite, mais bien équipée. La communication avec notre hôte a toujours été très amicale et rapide.Bref, un endroit magique que nous recommandons sans hésitation!

Erholsame Zeit in den Bergen

Die Kommunikation im Voraus mit den Eigentümern der Hütte war total unkompliziert. Die Anreise im Dunkeln im Nebel & Schnee vom Ort zur Hütte hoch war ein kleines Abenteuer, aber gut machbar. Die Hütte ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. In der Küche sind Spüli, Geschirrhandtücher, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Gewürze etc. vorhanden. Wir hatten aber alles selbst dabei. Allein die Deckenhöhe in der Hütte ist für große Menschen etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die super liebe Bäuerin vom benachbarten Bauernhof hat uns sehr nett willkommen geheißen & die Kinder durften dort auch im Stall beim Melken & Füttern dabei sein, was ihnen viel Spaß gemacht hat. Frische Milch & Eier gibt es auf dem Hof auch. Wir haben den Tag auf der Skipiste verbracht. Genug Schnee für die Talabfahrt bis zum Haus gab es leider nicht, aber es sind max. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto bis zur Talstation, wo man kostenlos parken kann. Wir haben die Zeit in Elm rundum genossen & kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Traum in den Bergen

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem urigen, gemütlichen Chalet! Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit allem was man im Alltag benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat super geklappt. Wir vermissen die Berge und das Haus jetzt schon. Erholung pur! Wir kommen gerne wieder geantwotetganz schnell

Wonderful and relaxing stay

The Chalet is situated in a wonderful location, with great views of the Tschingel Horns (part of TectonicArena Sardona) and the view of Martinsloch. The Chalet itself, is well equipped, with all the necessary items available for a weeks stay. The old part of the Chalet's room height took a while to get used too, since we are a little bit tall, but was OK in the end. Our dog also had a good time. One item we were missing from the Chalet, is some fold-able deck chairs for outside. Would have created a more comfortable seating/lounging whilst enjoying the views of the mountains and valley below. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you Sussane.
