Stayed here on our way to Devils Tower and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this motel. So much better then higher priced hotels!
its older motel but its clean beds and flat screen tvs, cheaper depending on when you are there, $44 a night $150 -$200 weekly, trainyard across road but I didn't mind the noise (occasional banging and train going by)
We stayed here one night on our way to hike in the Big Horns, out of Buffalo, Wy. Our stay ended up being extended another three nights because of weather. The gal at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. This place isn't the most up to date but it's kept clean and we were comfortable and felt safe.
The wife and I stayed here one night on a cross country motorcycle trip. The room was clean and it did what it was supposed to do. It kept us dry and warm. No issues with the room. They had free wifi. There wasn't a continental breakfast, but the did provide free coffee to guests.
Travelling with my 2 dogs. Made a reservation on the phone, indicating I'd be in around 9-10 at night. I didn't make it until right at 10 that evening. The same person remembered me, was concerned that I wasn't going to make it! Nice little place. yes, it's dated. Yes, it's not the Hilton, but then again, it doesn't cost that much either. I've stayed in much better for more money. I felt it to be clean, comfy and cozy. Big room. Bed wasn't my home mattress, but very serviceable I felt. No charge for the dogs to stay with me. If I"m through again I would stay again with no hesitation.
Stayed for one night while passing through town. The property when pulling up seems very uninviting but the lady manager at the front desk was so inviting and friendly that my worries started to wash away. The room was simple but it definitely had all you could need... tv, fridge, microwave and a desk. Bed was comfortable, same for lounge chair as well. The bathroom was dated but it was clean and got the job done. For $39, it was priced right and well worth it's value. Plus our pet was free, no charge !
Just spent 2 nights during the Sturgis bike rally. Rooms are small and dated, but it is 50+ years old. Room was clean, no bugs. A/C, hot water, microwave, mini fridge, flat screen TV, and enough channels to get you through the night. Friendly staff. Would stay here again. Served our needs. 3 star hotel, 3 star price.
The worst ever. I rented a space for a construction worker to stay, he ended up staying in a camper instead because this place was completely inhospitable. Hotel hell would just come with a bulldozer. Unhygienic, filthy, run down, rude service, smokey, and downright scary after dark. No phones in the rooms. No cleaning if you stay more than one day, cops on premises regularly, and children running all over the parking lot (probably because the room isn't safe for them to play on the floor.) What a nightmare and embarrassment for the community!
My husband read the reviews for this place after I booked it, I was looking at price. We got our key from the very friendly lady at the desk and held our breath as I opened the door. The important things were clean, bed, shower, toilet, and floor. Everything else looked like it hadn't been touched between visitors, vanity in bathroom included... There was what I hope was a coffee stain on that, and a booger on the mirror. The walls looked like they hadn't been washed since they were painted and we didn't even touch the desk chair because that was all sorts of wrong looking. No coffee pot in the room but there was one in the office. AC worked great and a good selection of channels on the TV. We ended up staying only 2 out the 3 days we were booked but that wasn't from the condition of the room. Do I regret staying? No Will I book there again? No Like I said earlier, the important things were clean but they could have done a WAY better job and I would have been fine with the place if they had at least made it look like the TRIED to clean up more than what is probably required by OSHA
Honestly I spent a few weeks here and was surprised to see how helpful and friendly the staff was. Though the very few time "the boss" showed up I couldn't belueve how horrible he treated the younger one. Constantly yelling at her and asking "do you want your job" "I can find someone who does" practically making her cry. If anyone he needs to be fired. She's very friendly and keeps the rooms nice and clean. I'm kind of a social butterfly so anyone around I have to at least say hi to, and did most of the ppl who stayed there had nothing but great things to say about those that worked for the motel. Though we all agreed that the owner needs a head check. Yelling ranting and raving at your employees when they are doing nothing wrong, in view and where ppl can hear you tearing them down is not professional. Maybe you sir, should go back to wherever it is your from or learn to treat others with the respect you want them to treat you. Other than that the amazing staff helped me, a Hispanic, with everything I needed. Not to mention as long as the " do not disturb " sign was off my door they'd clean and I could tell when the girls did the cleaning it was always way above expectations. Yeah there are a few thing that need to be fixed but where's maintenance?? Other than some small stains on the carpet all was worth the stay. I'll be back soon!!
