We absolutely love this home. We’re a large groups with multiple boats seadoos, etc and there is ample parking for our trucks and trailers. The house is well equipped and very neat and clean. The 4 1/2 bathrooms are wonderful when there’s 16 people. If there’s an issue with anything, we can contact the owner who is very quick to respond to our request!! Would highly recommend this home for your next family getaway!! We go every year!

Mini family reunion

The house had many pluses. Enough bedrooms and beds for older adults who no longer want to sleep on sleeper sofas in the open. All bedrooms had their own bathroom plus another one on the main floor. Fishing was great. Air conditioning and fans work well which was good because it was hot outside. Kitchen and pantry worked out ok. My brother missing his recliner by the end of the week though.

Second Stay

This is the second stay for an annual high school reunion (5 friends in their 40s). Open floor plan house with great patio and kitchen. Plenty room for 5, could probably could comfortably fit 10 adults. Golf cart available. Marina and Ralphs bar right around the corner… we walked a few times. Host is experienced and helpful and communicative. A low key and fun place to spend a long weekend.

Great Location

Walking distance to marina and resort. Very cute neighborhood, great for running or walking. The golf carts are a big thing there, so renting it is fun. Very friendly community. The house accommodated our 3 families just fine because it is well laid out. The beds and linens were all very comfortable. We had a great time.

Great Lake house & location

We enjoyed our stay at Chateau Relaxo! The accommodations were perfect for our group of various ages. The covered patio and fire pit area were our group’s favorite gathering spots, and the kids loved the tree swing. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Owner was responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

There were 10 of us, 2 men and 8 women all over 65 years old. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were perfect. I will recommend this house to any large group.

New Year's Reunion

We used this property as location to meet with friends over the New Year. The home was roomy with plenty of space for 8 children and 4 adults (ages 11-19). Bedrooms and baths were very clean. Property manager was helpful and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place, especially during the summer. The lake and boat docks are convenient. A living room fireplace for winter guests would have made it even cozier, but the Christmas tree in the living room was a nice touch.

Excellent property!

This is our 2nd time staying here and will not be our last! The property is beautiful and has everything you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are all very comfortable. It is the perfect spot for a large family and the attention to detail in the property is excellent. We love it and Carolyn is great to work with. She is very prompt in answering questions and made it a very enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back!!

Not Disappointed Chateau Relaxo was very relaxing.

We really enjoyed the quiet and the time of year in Kentucky - many things were closed but we found other interesting things to do. The house was definitely a plus to return to - very spacious and relaxing.

Plenty of room and open floor plan and good for large group. Kitchen was well stocked. House is updated and the outside porch area is great for night cards. Great TV/Sitting area. Walkable to Moors Marina where we rented a boat and Ralph’s Bar which was fun.
