At check in the receptionist was rude. The room floor had not been mopedand the bathroom was filthy. I thought the tub was just stained but to be safe i used some clorox wipes to make sure. Nope it was so thick with dirt and build up that after 15 minutes i gave up. The toilet bowl was just as bad. I asked for a new clean room and was told none were available

Fridge and microwave doesn’t work because the plug in charger connected but no electricity get through, I have to pull out the charger and plug it into another connector. Also, there is no elevator while my room is on the third floor.

The room is very nice, modern and clean. One thing I thought could improve is the hot water temperature. I like it a bit hotter for a shower. I had it turned up full and that was good but a bit hotter would be prefered. Thanks
