Lovely apartment in Gijón

Lovely comfortable apartment located right in the old town adjacent to Plaza Mayor. Lift access to first floor. Many bars & restaurants within easy walking distance

Auf keinen Fall nochmal!!!!Ich hatte die Wohnung vom 21.02. bis 21.03.26 angemietet.Vor Ort stellt sich bezüglich Abnutzung von Einrichtung und Wänden, technischer Mängel, Geruch und sicherheitstechnischer Probleme alles anders dar, wie im Internet beschreiben. (Abgewohnte Möbel und Wände, Fußbodenheizung in Wohnzimmer und Bad ohne Funktion, Gefahr der Verbrühung bei Warmwasser in Spüle, defekte Stühle, Sofa mit ekeligen Flecken, abblättern von Tapete oder Furnier usw.)Auch waren die Verantwortlichen leider bis heute zu keinem Kompromiss bzgl. einer finanziellen Rückerstattung zu bewegen.Ich bin nach nur einer Nacht in ein Hotel umgezogen und hätte die Wohnung mit meinen Fotos von vor Ort, auf keinen Fall im Vorfeld gemietet!!!Never again!!!!I rented the flat from 21 February to 21 March 2026.On arrival, the condition of the furnishings and walls, technical faults, odours and safety issues were all completely different from what was described online. (Worn-out furniture and walls, underfloor heating in the living room and bathroom not working, risk of scalding from hot water in the sink, broken chairs, sofa with disgusting stains, peeling wallpaper or veneer, etc.)Unfortunately, those responsible have so far refused to compromise on a financial refund.I moved to a hotel after just one night and would never have rented the flat in advance if I’d seen my photos taken on site!!!
