It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. A complete and very spacious bathroom. Kitchen and living room in an open space and fully equipped. It has a garage with access from the lift through a somewhat narrow access passage.

Located in the Pumarín Polygon, a residential and quiet area with supermarkets, transport, and easy access to the centre. Ideal for peaceful and well-connected stays in Gijón.
