Distributed across two bedrooms, one of them is divided into two rooms with a double bed and the other with two single beds, complete bathroom and independent living room and kitchen. In the kitchen as in the living room, dining table.
The accommodation will be for the guests' full use. It is a first floor of a building without a lift.
Located just a few metres from San Lorenzo Beach. Very central area ideal for enjoying Gijón and its beaches. Area with hospitality, shops, supermarkets
Ideal for walking due to its location. Several nearby car parks.
It is necessary to respect the rules of coexistence with other neighbours. Taking special care when moving through common areas. We are a specialised company in the sector, who will be available for any need or query that may arise.
Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment.
