With 4 cozy bedrooms, this traditionally built home offers an authentic experience! The interiors feature a tastefully designed living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space perfect for gatherings! The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

Also included is a large private pool, perfect for any type of rental, nothing like it on the market.

The space

Stay seamlessly connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi while ensuring year-round comfort with air conditioning/heating available throughout the farmhouse.

Living Area | Step into a world of charm and relaxation within our farmhouse. The interiors is full of warmth with a tastefully designed living area, a fully equipped kitchen boasting modern conveniences, and a spacious dining area ideal for shared meals and cherished moments.

Bedrooms | 4 bedrooms. The 4 spacious bedrooms features comfortable double-sized beds. Wake up to beautiful views and bask in the natural light that floods through the windows.

Bathrooms | 3 of the bedrooms include an en-suite with feature a shower. There is also a guest shower and a guest toilet available to be used for the other guests.

Terrace with Pool :
Step outside to your private terraces, where you`ll find a sparkling pool, sun loungers, parasol and a dining area. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip in the pool, soak up the Mediterranean sun, this outdoor space is your oasis of relaxation and culinary delight.

NOTE: Please note that the pool cleaning team comes to the property on specific days.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the farmhouse, including the terrace and the private pool.

Unfortunately, our property does not offer on-site parking, but street parking nearby is generally available.
Other things to note
Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
