Hotel located in a quite busy commercial area but that makes it convenient for meals and grocery shopping. Large reception area and restaurant. It has its own free parking in the basement. Chose to stay there as it was value for money and just a 1-km drive to the Genting Premium outlet. The triple room was really spacious but the bathroom was disappointingly small. The toilet bowl was leaking and the walls lacked proper attention for a 3-star hotel. Still, looking beyond all these, it is still a good, convenient hotel for a repeat visit.

It was a very old hotel...need a lot of improvement and need major renovation...its look like haunted house and very quite and scary at times and room was not so clean.

This hotel room was huge. They provide the basic necessary. But the furnishing was old and i remember seeing a note that states that they will charge RM20 if tenant moved the bed location. This is a surprise to me.

This was a nightmare, dirty, smelly, your deposit in the toilet ends up at your feet, dirty towels with stains you can only imagine what the cause was, I have visited nearly 90 countries, this is the first time I have complained, Expedia should drop this hotel from their selection... It's a bloody disgrace

Need to be cleaned!!!

I strongly suspect that the sheets were not washed - it was stinky ! When asked to change , the respond from the housekeeping staffs were ‘we already changed the sheets’! The carpet was dirty and the hallway was musty.

bad room

exterior of hotel looked alright but the room was horrible! doors were squeaky, windows latch were broken. room had a musky smell. carpets were gunky to the feet and the toilet bowl was dripping all night long.
