We had a Jacuzzi in our room. It worked perfectly, but one thing to note: there were no grab bars to get in and out of the Jacuzzi, which is difficult for older people.

The gentleman at the front desk was warm and friendly. He was genuinely interested in what brought us to this hotel and our evening plans. The other thing that stood out was the comfort of the room. The beds are very comfortable.
