This fully renovated rural holiday home offers a private terrace and shares a garden and roof terrace with other guests, making it ideal for family vacations. Located near a forest (500 m), it's perfect for cycling and walking. Skiing is available at La Croix Scaille (10 km), and restaurants are within 7 km. The French border and Ardennes Regional Nature Park are also within an hour's drive. The spacious garden is great for children to play freely. Inside, the cozy living room features an open fireplace, and bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen meets all your cooking needs. Relax on the terrace while enjoying peaceful natural views. For larger gatherings, the Romulus and Remus houses can be rented together, accommodating up to 40 guests for weddings, family reunions, or celebrations. A common room connects the two buildings for easy communication.

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
