What a Gem

A very nice, relaxing home with so many lovely extras. We stayed a week and could've easily enjoyed longer. Kim is super-attentive and kind.

Gautier Fall Stay

We wish we could have stayed longer. Great and friendly communication with the host. Lots of room in a lovely and unique setting. The sun rises and sun sets were stunning.

Beautiful & Quite

Very clean and very nice property. We loved being able to fish off the dock and use the pool. Very spacious back yard great for dogs! Family friendly area. The owners were very accommodating. Highly recommend staying at this property A++

Beautiful home with extremely nice and accommodating hosts. We will definitely stay again.

The house and property were beautiful and exactly as listed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and it was so nice to have necessities such as toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, etc provided so you didn't have to go shopping immediately. It was so nice to sit on the peaceful dock and take a relaxing jacuzzi.

Oasis of tranquility

Our hosts were so communicative and had great recommendations for food. The home was always plenty spacious and beautiful! The pool was cool and refreshing and the hot tub was such a great relaxing time after fishing off the deck. We were down for cruising the coast and couldn’t have asked for a better place. We will 100% be back

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We were visiting friends and family for a week and wanted something close to everyone and a place where they could come and hang out. This was the perfect place! It had everything we needed and more. The arcade games were a big hit as was the hot tub. We had an issue with the dryer a few days in and the owner came and fixed it that day. Thanks Kim for being such a great owner! I highly recommend this house for your next stay!

Absolutely wonderful

We enjoyed our stay so much! Communication with the owner was so easy. She made everything effortless from checkin to checkout! She even checked on us (via text) while we were there to make sure everything was going as expected. Location was great. Close enough to town for groceries, but also right on the water. It was peaceful! We also met a couple of neighbors and they were extremely sweet too! We can’t wait to return next year!

A much needed visit

I can not say enough good things about this property. This home is a true gem! If you are on the fence about booking your stay, I highly recommend this property. The home is very clean, kitchen is well stocked, beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, outstanding amenities, and the owner is extremely responsive. Location location location!! This wonderful home is conveniently located to many points of interest, and good restaurants are a short drive away.

A WONDERFUL PLACE TO RELAX

EVERYTHING WAS HOW IT WAS LISTED. THE VIEW OF THE RIVER IN THE MORNING AND IN THE EVENING SPECTACULAR. THE POOL AND HOT TUB WERE GREAT! THE GAME ROOM WAS AWSOME. I TOOK MY MOTHER AND TWO SONS AND MY BROTHER AND MY THREE NEICES AND MY DOG. IT WAS TIME SPENT TOGETHER RELAXING AND ENJOING EACH OTHERS COMPANY. ALL THE AMENITIES WERE GREAT. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND BOOKING AND STAYING HERE.

Peace Water Inn for our Vacation Win!

Peace Water Inn is everything & more than we expected! The best summer vacation yet! We chose this home originally over others for location & amenities. This was the best & most comfortable VRBO home we have stayed in. When you walk in you are greeted with a welcome wall of calming flowery lights, welcome bowl, looks & smells clean & supplied with a book of everything in the know. This home surprised us with all the room we needed to spread out & yet feels like we were all together. We had fun filled days out on our boats that we brought using their dock they had accessible to us. We laid out & soaked up the sun while relaxing by the calm water & then hopped in the cool waters of their refreshing pool. Much needed since it was hot out! The kids think it’s cool because it looks like Outer Banks. At night we were able to rest our minds & bodies in the rejuvenating hot tub & then hang out & bonfire in the yard, roast s’mores & listen to music. Watching the wildlife off the dock was so engaging & fun. The ambiance was so calming & peaceful in the yard. The solar string & dock lights came on at dark & created such a fun environment. It feels so good to feel like you’re at a home away from Home. Oh, I can’t forget the game room! Our kids had a blast playing games & being competitive before retreating to the front room for a little bonding & down time. Kim & Mike were so accommodating & available. Kim is so sweet & truly cared about our experience. Highly recommend! Best Memories!
